I couldn’t collect the keys as I was told that I don’t have a reservation by zama at the front desk n I’m surprised that you guys wanna charge my card as it was a nightmare Being told at the front desk that I didn’t have a reservation and there’s nothing they can do to help me even when I showed them the reservation confirmation. Worse part when i managed to make another reservation i was told to do a cash sent what kinda nonsense is this guys what if i needed to claim with the invoice what then
