Room was dirty. Stains on bed sheets. No remote for tv. Couldn’t understand man behind desk. Very few parking spaces.

The property is in poor condition. Extremely filthy inside and outside. I immediately noticed 6 roaches upon first entering the room. I was given a room to which the door would not open. After 30 minutes or more, standing in freezing weather, I was finally given another room with roaches. In my opinion, the building should be burned down and forgotten. Also, I was given a partial refund by the motel, however the funds have not been accredited to my account and I have not been able to contact anyone at hotels to address this issue. Hotels will also get a poor rating from me as well.

This hotel have bugs and the rooms are run down. I booked a 1 night stay because I had a doctor's appointment near that location. The lock was broke on the balcony door, the lamp had stains and there was a roach in the bathroom. The room cost me around $150 with tax which it should have been a $40 dollar room. I could barely sleep and my skin felt inchy. I would not recommend this hotel.

in surprisingly bad condition for a major chain hotel. mold in bathroom, rusty fixtures, blood splatter spot on curtains. i slept with my clothes on and couldn’t check out fast enough. staff was polite but the building needs a major refurbishment.

Very dirty - AC filters full of dust- Fridge in Trible condition (we find an insect in the fridge !)
