內瓦麗酒店(Nevali Hotel)

Das Nevali Hotel war gut ausgestattet modern und sehr sauber.Der Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich .Das Frühstück war grosse Auswahl und frisch.Das Swimmingpool hat meiner Erwartung erfüllt.Das Zimmer Ausstattung ist optimal auch die Sanitärausstattung vom feinsten.

Je travaille sur un projet qui nécessite de recevoir une personne dans la journée pour finaliser celui ci. L'hôtel m'a interdit de recevoir dans ma chambre quelques heures dans la journée. C'est inadmissible car je dois aller travailler dans un café alors que j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour avoir le confort d'un bureau dans ma chambre. Ils ont été très désagréable et ont demandé à mon contact de sortir de la chambre en pleine journée alors que nous étions en réunion. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour pour y aller travailler.

街の中心からも程よい距離で大きいバス停も近くにあり、便利だった。 部屋も広く、音も気にならず快適だった。 朝食もビュッフェをスタッフが取り分けてくれる形式で安全だった。 また機会があれば利用したい。

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, huge rooms, WiFi worked well within the confines of the room. Room was made daily with the cleaning staff ensuring that we were happy, drinking water was replenished daily with enough supply and there is a lockable safe. Television - not many English speaking but you have the propaganda English news channel. In general all the staff were wonderful, approachable even though at times language was a a barrier. Front desk- there is a young classy man who speaks fluent English, very accommodating (he is single!!). Location is prime, with a supermarket next door, eateries and shops 🚶‍♀️ distance, the fish lake a 20 minute walk. The spa was decent, gym not the biggest but all equipment was useable- note these facilities are open to the general public also. Previous reviews have mentioned the owner- he is in his eighties, not once was he a threat, in fact I admired him; his hands on role and his faculties all intact (I’ll be 😃 if I do half the things at that age). Book without hesitation - there are worst stays in the west.

Amazing hotel, amazing friendly staff, overall a great experience. Would definitely come back.

Great location, however our latest stay was marred by the constant decline of the electric room access card. This happened every time we had to access the rooms. The front desk staff were more interested in checking us out, literally after a few hours of our arrival and ever time we had to the have card rebooted. Bedding needs to change including pillows, not up to 5 star standards. If I ever revisit Urfa unless the price is right I will look at alternatives.

Don’t be put off by the negative comments, this was a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more accommodating, from the front door, reception, waiters and cleaners. One or 2 do speak English well. The rooms are huge, WiFi worked well, breakfast was decent. Surrounding area is great with a supermarket next door, a small outlet across the road, many shops and eateries and best of all a lovely walk to main areas including the fish lake and cave of hzr Ibrahim.
