拉佩爾戈拉酒店(Hotel la Pergola)

Unser Transfer im Mercedes von Neapel nach Sorrento war einmalig mit halt am Aussichtspunkt Amalfiküste und die ersten Fotos. Im Hotel wurden wir sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und bis zur Abreise ebenso zuvorkommend, freundlich und nett versorgt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert, sauber, ansprechend ausgestattet und wir haben uns im Zimmer mit Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber !

Un weekend indimenticabile! L'hotel è molto molto bello; comodo al centro, che si può raggiungere con una bella passeggiata o con il servizio navetta. È tutto perfettamente pulito. La camera è molto confortevole, con un piccolo balconcino arredato da tavolino e sedie....ci sono tutti i comfort (dalla pressione del getto doccia fino a cuscini e materasso supercomodi). Il personale è veramente gentilissimo e professionale: non fa altro che mettere a proprio agio il cliente e attivarsi per accontentate le varie esigenze. La colazione è super: accontenta ogni tipo di gusto, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Il terrazzo che sovrasta l'hotel è meravigliosamente utilizzato come solarium attrezzato con lettini prendi-sole, tavolini, poltroncine e divanetti alcuni dei quali riparati da una fantastica pergola (da cui forse prende il nome l'hotel). Infine la spa di coppia (nuovissima) è un lusso da concedersi!!!! C'è tutto, ma proprio tutto.... Unico neo: il weekend è volato troppo in fretta. Hotel stra-consigliato!!!

This is easily the least attractive hotel ive stayed in in the last 30 years. The decoration is shabby, and needs work. I was originally given a tiny room on the ground floor with no view, just a wall to look at, and so dim that at even 5pm in July I needed the light on. The bathroom was also tiny, no plug in the sink, and the shower outlet broken. I eventually got a change to the 3rd floor room ( there's only 1), which aat least had light and views and was slightly larger but still poor quality decor. The staff are excluded from any criticism, other than the manger who couldn’t be bothered to contact me about my complaints. The pool is tiny and the web site lies, there’s not a parasol in sight anywhere. All but ruined my holiday.

Purtroppo ho dimenticato oggetti personali in un cassetto e me ne sono accorta solo 5 giorni dopo. Mi è stato detto che non era vero e che loro non hanno trovato nulla ma io sono certa al 100% di aver riempito un cassetto che non è mai stato svuotato. Le cose sono due: o le signore delle pulizie hanno pulito il cassetto e quel materiale (quasi tutto elettronico e di valore) è magicamente sparito o le signore non hanno pulito quel cassetto e quindi il materiale lo ha trovato il cliente successivo. Sono stata trattata da bugiarda dalle due receptionist che ho ripetutamente chiamato nei 7 giorni successivi e quando finalmente sono riuscita a parlare con il titolare mi ha apostrofata come maleducata e bugiarda, ha sottolineato la mia negligenza dicendo che se avessi chiamato subito e non dopo 5 giorni avrei trovato le mie cose e mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia, negandosi poi quando ho provato a ricontattarlo. Premetto che lavoro in hotel e so come funzionano le cose. Servizio e attenzione al cliente pessimi

Very well managed, beautifully clean hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured delicious homemade cakes and the manager even got more English Breakfast tea in for us. The courtesy taxi service into the centre is a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely go back there.

We had a 4 night stay for my birthday which started with a fantastic pre booked taxi driver from the airport to the Hotel with a history lesson on route. This hotel is small with very welcoming, friendly helpful staff in a quiet location. It's spotlessly clean throughout, comfy beds & clean towels daily. Breakfast is continental & perfect to start the day. Location is about a 25 minute walk into the town, the hotel can provide transport if required.

We visited just before the summer season started staying for five nights - obviously some of the facilities were closed but that didn’t trouble us. Hotel is a little outside Sorrento and it is about a 15-20 minute walk in. There are however quite a few restaurants in easy walking distance. Locally to the hotel, most restaurants and bars had still to open for the season. The Pergola is a nice small hotel - about 30 rooms I think - we were in the sea side but the sea is at least 500m away and there are many buildings in the way of the view. The room was fine and had a little balcony. Staff were all great and they thoughtfully figured out it was my birthday and left a bottle of Prosecco in the room. Only criticism is the breakfast - not great and made worse as when we were there there was also a large tour group who hovered up most of the food which then wasn’t replaced. They really need to improve the quality and selection but I’m aware that breakfasts in Italy are normally minimal. I would recommend the hotel if you want a quiet location to stay.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are a reasonable size big enough for three of us to stay comfortably for four nights. The staff were fantastic so friendly. Plenty of places to sit including a roof terrace with a stunning view. Drinks from the bar very reasonably priced and the breakfast was continental lots of choice including cereal, Yogurts, fruit, croissants and cakes. We had the most stunning view from the balcony. Could not fault this hotel.

Felt a little disappointed with the hotel. It was very clean and only 15 mins from Sorrento centre but not what I'd expect from a 4 star rating. The room was just about big enough for 2, but there was not enough storage for clothes (only 4 coathangers) and the layout of the bathroom was not good. The toilet was situated too close to the shower cubicle, making it difficult to sit on the toilet comfortably. The shower cubicle was also small and wouldn't be accessible for a larger person. Luckily, we are slim !! The photos on the website are misleading, as you are led to believe the rooms have a sea view. This is not the case, as our room overlooked neighbouring hotels and we found that the noise coming from these hotels was very loud at night. We found the breakfast to be a bit bland. Too much cake and would have appreciated some fresh fruit and maybe a hot food option?
