阿雷納爾酒店(Hotel Arenal)

Abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana ad agosto dal 16 al 23 e siamo stati super bene. Posto accogliente, grande e pulito. Staff disponibile, dagli addetti alle pulizie al bar e reception. Cibo buono sia a colazione che cena. Se ritorno ad Ibiza di sicuro credo di prenotare di nuovo lì anche perché ha tutte le comodità possibili. Camere fresche e pulite. Qualsiasi cosa chiedevo alla reception veniva presa in considerazione.🔝🔝🔝

Hotel come tanti, ma non come tutti i tre stelle. Comincio col dire che la posizione non è male, a pochi minuti dal centro di San antonio. È come uno dei tanti hotel con numerose stanze che hanno l'affaccio sulla strada, sul mare e sulla piscina. Ho prenotato in agenzia una stanza matrimoniale e il prezzo non prevedeva maggiorazioni sulla scelta dell'affaccio della stanza. Intanto, Arrivati in hotel mi è stata assegnata una doppia quindi con due letti singoli che affacciava sulla strada e ho cortesemente chiesto di cambiare ma mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare €8 al giorno sia io sia mio marito. Prima richiesta Non esaudita. Poi ho chiesto di avere una stanza matrimoniale anziché doppia ma mi è stato detto che nell'hotel non esistono matrimoniali. Altra sorpresa l'ho avuta il secondo giorno quando ho notato che nel bagno non mi era stato lasciato il piccolo bagnoschiuma che in ogni hotel viene dato ai clienti. Dopo averlo richiesto, mi è stato detto che il piccolo bagnoschiuma viene dato solo il primo giorno. Mah! Altro neo la mancanza di un frigo bar che ti costringe di andare al bar ad acquistare una bottiglia d'acqua al costo di €1,50. Nota positiva la cena che è ricca di cibi con varietà ed abbondanza non indifferenti. Poi nella stanza manca l'aria condizionata ma c'è un dispositivo con le pale fissato sul soffitto. Naturalmente a cena si paga anche una bottiglia d'acqua da mezzo litro al costo di €1,80. Capisco che siamo a Ibiza è tutto caro però alcuni hotel dovrebbero adeguarsi alle stelle che gli sono state assegnate. Quindi anziché tre stelle io definirei questo hotel 2 stelle, Mi dispiace, e comunque questo è il mio parere.

Encantados. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación espaciosa, la comida deliciosa y cada día distinta, mucha variedad. Lo único los horarios están adaptados a los extranjeros, pero nos adaptamos ...el personal muy agradable, las habitaciones amplias. El wifi en la habitación muy débil, tuvimos que usar nuestra internet la mayoría del tiempo. Pero en general muy bien.

Non sapevamo dove avremmo andati, con mio marito e mio figlio di 7 anni, abbiamo trovato l'hotel per caso con last minute e possiamo dire che è la prima volta che ci troviamo con uno staff FAVOLOSO, FANTASTICO, di una SIMPATIA IMMENSA e soprattutto TANTA TANTA GENTILEZZA. Cene ottime, colazione anche, di chili ne ho messi! Stanza sempre pulita, mai mancato nulla. Vogliamo ringraziare le cameriere che ci hanno sempre servito per una settimana, i baristi e il signore della reception (che faceva sempre la notte) che ha voluto salutarci di sua spontanea volontà, soprattutto mio figlio che lo aveva preso molto in simpatia. Faremo di tutto per tornarci. Grazie davvero, vacanza magnifica. Famiglia De Luca

Viaggio in coppia di una settimana. La struttura sul mare, sul paseo pedonale di St Antoni.Ha un parcheggio interno, 2 piscine (coperta e scoperta) sauna e palestra. Camere molto ampie con terrazzo, un po' datate ma perfettamente insonorizzate. I bagni (8mq!) rifatti recentemente e con finestra. Cibo ottimo, vario e di qualità; preparazioni estemporanee: sempre a colazione, spesso a cena con cene a tema. Non c'è la pensione completa Spettacoli serali piacevoli.Personale cortese e disponibile (ci hanno salvato da un guaio dell'auto a noleggio) Secondo me merita una stella in più.

Hotel que no defrauda dentro de que es un 3* Habitación amplia y anticuada, salvo el baño. Pude ver que había otras habitaciones más reformadas , pero no tuve la suerte de que me tocara. La limpieza bien, la comida poca variedad pero estaba buena. A destacar el córner con show cooking. Los empleados, especialmente los del comedor y recepción muy majos. No destaca en nada, pero cumple sobradamente en todos los aspectos. La ubicación bien, aunque San Antonio es solo para dormir, por el día lo recomendable es huir de las hordas de ingleses borrachos e ir a cualquiera de las múltiples calas, que están a 15 min aprox del hotel.

Staff are very friendly & helpful, food is good & there is a wide selection, rooms are a bit dated but kept spotless. It is in a great location right on the beach front close to the town centre, excellent views if you book a sea view room, this was our 2nd stay at the Arenal & we will certainly be back.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly nothing too much hassle. Eva on reception was extremely friendly and very helpful on my arrival. She is a credit to the Hotel and Tourism in Ibiza. The hotel maybe a bit dated in the rooms but they are spotless. All areas of the Hotel are very clean. Buffet Dining with plenty choices and very fresh food. Night staff are also very helpful. Always visible at night and available. I was leaving early and was missing breakfast. Romeo who was night reception offerred me a coffee before leaving. I really never expected this. Although I declined it was a very nice touch. I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but the entertainment that I did see was pretty good. Would I return to this hotel ?

What a great hotel arrived at lunch time and was greeted by Eva the mad receptionist she was a fantastic start to a fantastic stay. Our rooms were not ready but our luggage was taken care of and we were pointed to the bar and given the opportunity to get a shower and changed if we wanted to. Eva is great fun and has good banter with all the guests she is a credit to the hotel. We were given a sea view room which we had not paid for, some describe the rooms as dated just because of the brown furniture, this is a little unfair as the rooms are spotless, comfortable and everything works. The view over the sea at sunset is unbelievable. The hotel is located right on the beech a few minutes walk out of San Antonio not too far from the nightlife, however once the windows are closed you cannot hear them. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with a good service to Ibiza Town. The rest of the staff seem to take their lead from Eva as all are attentative and very friendly. Food is excellent and plentiful. There is a good variation with a change of menu every, even the most faddy of eaters should have no problems. It is possible to buy a nice snack at lunchtime from the bar or the attached snack bar, prices are competing and the food is good. Prices in the bar are OK. To sum up food great, staff great, rooms great location great you do not need anything else.
