Ive stayed here before when it was being renovated. It was beautiful then.
But this trip when we checked in the gentleman behind the counter was not the most helpful, he didnt let us know about the wifi or the breakfast and told us to use an elevator that ended up looping us all around the hotel to get to our room
He didnt give us a map how its usually done to explain where we are where the room is etc. We had a renovated room but little to no maintenance and things are going south. Popped up tile, water damage near the shower, mildew at least if not mold, paint in the room has paint over attempts and or dirt and Markings. The hotel doesnt supply more towels than people, the morning of day 2 we already had to ask for towels because there werent enough and the towels were also paper thin. Housekeeping asked on the second day while i was in a meeting about cleaning the room and i told them no since i was in a meeting. They didnt ask or clean the next day despite being gone from the room the whole day and making sure the do not disturb sign was down. I would have put the clean please sign up but there was none. They never asked again about cleaning. By day 3 our trashcans were over full. On day 3 we asked for cleaning since the trash was full and there was no more toilet paper. We left the room for hours to give ample time, nothing done. We asked again and still it took hours. Wasnt finished until after 5pm.
If you get this hotel for $60 or so its a deal otherwise no.
