阿爾伯克基萬怡酒店(Courtyard Albuquerque)

Arrived early, went to bar to get a drink while we wait for our room. Bartender refused to make us a drink, she was closing in 5 minutes. Once we got to our rooms, worst room I have stayed in. Floor waves, water damage, light fixtures/Air conditioner broken. A/C loud and banging. Clerk advised Happy Hour from 4-6 with free chips and salsa. we decided to go down and get a drink; they were out of Chips. After that, decided to patronize somewhere else. 9 am we get a knock on the door, from house cleaning if we were leaving yet.

Empliyees we came in contact with were great. The room we were promised, though was supposed to be handicapped ascessible. it did not have a handheld showerhead, a shower seat, and the grab bar was loose. This this should not have been given to anybody that had mobility issues. The lever on the toilet kept getting stuck. The towel hooks and toilet paper holders were loose on the wall. There were no grab bars near the toilet. There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator froze our food and beverages. Food/beverages in the Bistro were good albeit very expensive. The cook did not show up on Sunday so they could not prepare any menu items. One good thing is we were able to get coffee packets for our room for the 8 days we stayed just by asking at the frint desk.

We used this hotel as our home base for a day trip to Santa Fe and a visit to the top of the Sandia Mtn via the aerial tram, before we had to head on to our next road trip destination. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. Great shower. The courtyard looked lovely, we just didn’t have time to enjoy it on this trip.

The location is very convenient and central. It felt like it had recently been renovated and was very clean. We had an issue with the TV and it was fixed in minutes. The bed was comfy and the ac was nice and cold for this hot season. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall quiet for a good amount of guests. I recommend getting a room on the courtyard side to help dampen highway noise.

The location is perfect, good area, convenient to many things in ABQ. The property grounds are beautiful, trees, grass, views of the Sandia's and nice lighting. The room could be updated, the property is aging a little but overall good value.

Front desk staff at check in was a delight. So friendly. My rooms floor was disgusting. There were dust bunnies all over the place. The room was quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. I will stay again.

I liked the desk clerk when we first arrived. I forgot his name. Young, cordial, and very helpful getting settled. Otherwise, the can music was too loud, the bistro services needed help, not very good.

First time staying at Courtyard Marriott and it was great! Room was nice. Check-in was easy and staff was wonderful. Next time we will stay longer so we can go swimming.
