阿爾伯克基北金字塔萬豪酒店(Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North)

Always stay here when in town probably my 10th stay or so at this hotel. Room conditions are fading. Carpet coming up from floor rooms have musty odor and amenities have lacked. Not a great stay this time but will give one more try in the future

The property is in a good spot. Right off interstate 25. Close to restaurants. Needs some updates. There were kids there for a trip that I felt could have been quieter. I was on the 7th floor and it seemed a little loud. I shouldn’t hear anything for that price unless there is a ****** involved.

Room has a coffee maker but no coffee to make. No complimentary water available.

Rooms were inside the facility so it felt safe, however our lock did not work

The indoor/ outdoor pool was mostly outdoor. The room we stayed in blew hot air no matter what the temperature was set at. The room was extremely hot stuffy with no windows that opened. The maintenance guy came after our second complaint (we were told he would come the first time and no one came). He was friendly and worked hard to get the problem fixed. It seemed like it did for a short while. By that time it was late and we were ready to leave the next morning. I had to use ice packs we brought to be able to sleep both nights we stayed.

The property was fine but the employees at the lounge and grill weren’t helpful.

This hotel was clean, had very friendly staff, and security in the parking lot. Only downside was the ice machine wasn’t working and some of the wallpaper/drywall was peeling off and had water damage. Would stay here again though.

For our 1st room we had 2 full beds which were very old and worn out. I'm tall and there is no way i would have fit on a kid bed. I did request to queen beds but didn't get that. All they had was a king bed and brought a roll out mattress which we had to deal with. Once in the 2nd room heater didn't work. Maintenance came fixed it and told us if it gets hot just turn it off and open the window. No guarantee it was going to turn back on. Left heat on all night so we wouldn't get cold in the early morning. 6am was hot and sweaty, gross!!

This place is fine but it really needs some updating. The sink was draining slow, the toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle and everything was so noisy: the fridge & the a/c both made loud knocks all through the two nights that I stayed there. I sleep with thunderstorms and I still was woken up by these noises. Also it was inconvenient to not have anywhere to plug usbs to charge. That being said I will probably stay here again because my work holds an event here each year and it is convenient for that and the bed is comfy.
