Nice accommodation, location is perfect! Service is outstanding👍

Room was tiny and very old, shower door was only half way on. Great location and great from the outside, they just seriously need to remodel their rooms.

Front desk service was meh and not very cordial but the valet and housekeeping staff was so helpful and hospitable. The hot tub and pool area is kept in great condition with plenty of fresh clean towels. Although the rooms are small they are clean and the L’Occitane products were a plus. Water pressure and temperature also very nice. Location-wise Hotel Milo is ideal, right across the beach and walkable to numerous restaurants and bars. We stayed off-season so the $200 rate was a deal. Reading some other reviews during peak time when rooms are $400 does seem a bit steep.

Great location across from the marina and a short walk to State St. The property was in good condition and the room product was well appointed and functional. The only room issue was a very unreliable shower which would stop after about five minutes? The property is valet only and charges about $30 per night but we found street parking in the neighborhood which was safe and close to the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant, Chad’s, was always busy for breakfast so we chose some other options along State St. Overall very nice property, I would request a room on the second floor because they have wood floors which I’m sure was unpleasant for the guest below.

Hotel was beautiful and charming. Room was clean, but basic- no closet, no suitcase stand. The 2 windows each directly on a busy walkway with a view of a wall, hence no view, no privacy, no light. Directly across walkway from an ice machine - very noisy with ice ejection and with guests talking loudly while getting ice. Pretty miserable.

I’d been curious about Hotel Milo for a while, so I was excited to get the chance to stay there for a week. Unfortunately, it was one let down after another. I arrived late at night, pulling up to the valet to ask where self parking was. The valet informed me that I could park down the street and around the corner in the neighborhood, which I did. I lugged my suitcase back to where I began, through the door, (the valet was now nowhere to be found) and up to the desk to be greeted by a smirky young chap who took my card and marked an x on the map. From there I ventured onward, up the stairs & into what I would describe as human storage. I inspected the cement cell and observed there was no bathtub and I returned to the front desk to inquire about changing rooms. My friend from earlier pretended to check the computer before telling me there were no other rooms available. Odd, considering I didn’t see another guest for the duration of my stay. I proceeded then to take a journey to the pool, which was located down the street. I took the back route, through a maze of alleyways, the kind in which you imagine people getting abducted and sold into human trafficking. After a a sleepless night in my prison, which I discovered was located above something which vibrated the entire place and made a noise which I can only compare to that of an airplane hanger, I amended my reservation and checked out. If in the future I ever want to make a back alley deal, I’ll stay at hotel Milo. Fin.

For the price of this hotel for one night stay i definitely expected more. I felt the pictures did not match up to the room. The rooms were so small and outdated. I’m pretty sure an old apar**ent building turned hotel.. could be wrong. The best part was the location and maybe that is what you pay for. The pool was average my daughter got in a few splashes. The valet gal was super hard working and grateful to her! I probably wouldn’t return, maybe find elsewhere further from the beach if needed to have a more luxury stay if that’s what desired.

Very amazing location. You are on the ***** across from the beach. The place is very cute, the rooms are big and the grounds are very clean. The location can be a little loud due to street noise but otherwise lovely. The bed wasn't anything to write home about but the location more than makes up for any shortfalls.

Massively over priced room. Beyond basic. Crappy beds and pillows. Bathtub leaking all night. Air conditioner smelled like mold. Old and dated and No sound proofing whatsoever. Just Spend 250 less for the same room anywhere…or just spend another 100.00 for something decent.

We didn’t care for the facility. There were some people outside the hotel having a drug-fueled fight. We didn’t feel safe so we left early. The room was out-dated.

Outstanding location, close to everything we wanted to see. Staff was very good, excellent recommendations for places to see. We weren’t aware of the outside fireplaces when we booked but a very pleasant surprise for sitting outside to enjoy the ocean view!
