海邊小村酒店(Coast Village Inn)

We had to cancel our trip due to 2 family members getting sick with Covid. Even though we wanted to cancel after the 3 day window we were totally dissatisfied that we list our money! I will never book with ********** or this Inn again. During these times unfortunately things change quickly - I will book somewhere that honors 24 hour cancellation window.

No microwave oven or coffee maker in the room. Only a very noise fridge. When we arrived the room was super cold and the heater took a long time to heat up the room. Furthermore the property has a very illogical numbering system for their room. We were on room 39 which is on the back of the property on the First floor! The office clerk didn't even bother to tell us so after walking around trying to find the room we went back and ask for help. Who would guess that 39 is not on the third floor???? This is also a very old property, not fancy or elegant. But the property decided to charge us and extra $5 for parking. We stayed for two nights and our room was not serviced at all. Staff was not friendly at all. We do not recommend this property.

Good location. Nice older hotel. Small rooms. Internet spotty and strangely electric outlets in room didn’t work consistently making it hard to charge laptop, etc.

It was such a beautiful hotel, I like the small room and the close parking and I also loved the restaurants within walking distance.

Nice place clean. Lots of stairs so not good for mobility issues. Noise from train is loud, they give you earplugs so they are aware. Good location as far as access to restaurant s and beach was close by.

The staff, location, room and facilities were all outstanding! Our room was spacious and very clean. I wish we had stayed longer!

Great location, good value but wish they would be more eco aware. The parking permit could have been paper rather than plastic and , there were other things too. Glad to see that they got rid of most of the small one use bottles of things

We had a pleasant stay in Santa Barbara. Coast Village Inn is the perfect starting point to any activities around Santa Barbara.
