聖何塞南摩根山拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Morgan Hill-San Jose South)

I’ve stayed in this hotel 3 times now. The two previous times had been good as well. This time I want to give a big shoutout to one of the employees there. She works the front desk, her name is Julie (I hope I am spelling that correctly). There was a misunderstanding that ended with her having to do a wellness check on me. It means so much to me that she took the time to go check up on me to make sure I was okay. To me, that means that you care about your guests. Will stay there again for sure.

Pro: Front Desk Attendant was very sweet. Room was nice and clean. Microwave and Fridge was a plus. Bathroom was spacious. Cons: Pool was nice but OMG it burned my eyes and hard to breath because of the chemicals (chlorine) it was extremely strong. Gave me a headache. Could not enjoy for the kids. Breakfast is super early with short hours. If you move around in bed a lot, be prepared to lay still bed squeak like crazy and uncomfortable. Only one elevator was working Door to rooms are loud and you can hear everyone around you leave. Walls are "thin" and can hear the guest next to you.

La Quinta is a nice place and worth the price if you get to hang out. I was there for an overnighter. The Inn was having carpets cleaned and a bit of an obstacle course, and of course cleaning the room next to mine at 7 p.m. The television was not working but not a biggy cause I was there to catch up on rest, but had I wanted to chill and watch anything, that was not an option. I did mention to the front desk and left a note in hopes that the next guest would have better luck. Overall I think it is a nice place but if you are just passing through on a time schedule, the less expensive option might be a better choice.

There was so many kids running in the halls and banging on doors till 11pm while their parents partied in the lobby. They also had no extra pillows for our pullout bed. We paid $309 for 1 night and could not sleep. Our baby woke up 4 times with all the noise!! we complained 3 times and the woman at the desk was trying but really had no control!!

Pro’s: The hot tub was very enjoyable, I was glad it was operational! The room size was good. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from. Cons: Thin walls, the room (311) I was in was next to the elevator and heard every ding of the chime, all night long! I was also next to a screaming child ALL night long. This might have not been an issue, but the mattress was absolutely terrible and I tossed and turned all night!!! I felt EVERY spring!!! I didn’t even know that they made mattresses with spring’s anymore, that’s how old these mattresses are. Additionally, the T.V. was NOT operational!! I was not there to watch T.V, but I sure would have liked to have watched something as I was up all night. I cannot recommend this hotel or at least this room (311) until these issues are addressed. The cons outweigh the pros!

I've been staying at this hotel for years. It has been a standby for me when I'm traveling to the Morgan Hill, Prunedale, San Martin, Gilroy area. This past stay, there were children running up and down the halls and stairwells on Saturday evening causing significant noise and disruption. I call down to the front desk three times. The last call was very disappointing and was told that other patrons were complaining too, they had spoken to the parents of the children, but there was nothing they could do. La Quinta, you are about to lose a customer for good.

This is my second time staying here and my second time being overcharged. La Quinta took $258 out of my account before getting to the hotel to check in. Then they charged me the complete amount. Then there was a soccer tournament in town and kids were running up and down the hallway. I’m seriously considering not returning. Front desk does not know what they are doing.

This was such a nice LaQuinta. Breakfast was delicious and different every day. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing! Everything was very clean. Nice area. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Had a very nice overnight stay on a visit to Redwood City from LA. Things were clean and quiet and much safer vibe than in those areas SF adjacent.
