聖特爾莫酒店(Hotel San Telmo)

Une chambre mignonne mais un peu en sous sol qui manquait de clarté et aération , sinon super accueil, on est au petit soin pour vous ,le cadre est bucolique plein d escaliers et de petite terrasses, très propre , super petit déjeuner et fontaine à disposition; des oiseaux, des guppys, 2 chats et 1 chien pour vous distraire...si vous le voulez ,et une fontaine ds un patio. Et très bien placé mais un petit peu galère pour stationner.

Nos atendieron de maravilla y el hotel y las habitaciones Preciosas y muy limpias,solo una pega a la hora de pagar nos cobraron 12€por e desayuno,cuando en el momento de reservar y de hacer el check-in siempre nos dijeron 10€muy poca seriedad

Sur les hauteurs de santa cruz jouxtant une magnifique place. Stationnement facile à proximité a cette époque, les rues sont pendues et la manœuvre pour se garer peut effrayer certains ! L hôtel est bien restaure pour les chambres classiques avec une excellente literie. Elles sont typiquement sombres et je recommande la vue mer pour plus de clarté ! Le patio et la mini terrasse sont magnifiques mais à l heure du coucher de soleil les places sont restreintes. Excellent pdt et personnel compétent et très agréable ! A 5 mn de la rue piétonne qui traverse la ville. Wifi poussif dans notre chambre.

Este pequeño hotel es una preciosidad! Mi habitación era muy bonita con un baño bonito y una pequeña terraza, todo muy limpio. El patio y la azotea precioso, hay peces, pájaros, un perro y dos gatos que siempre vinieron para saludarme 💗. El desayuno tipo bufet muy rico, como desayunar en familia. Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel y volveré segurísimo!

We had a very comfortable 4 night stay in this small hotel. There are only 10 rooms. We had the room next to the reception which was large and had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and terrace with views of the sea. The owners of the hotel, were very kind in allowing us to check in early and were able to recommend places to eat etc. We decided to have Continental breakfast each morning which was delicious and good value. You need to be fit to stay anywhere in the town as it is built on a hillside with steep cobbled streets and steps that go on forever! I would avoid the time of year when there is a festival called "Los Indianos" celebrating and remembering the islands ancestors who left the island to go to Venezuela and Colombia to earn money before returning back to La Palma. It is very noisy and white talcum powder is thrown about making everything very slippery. We arrived a few days after it and although the streets had been washed it was slippery underfoot.

This is a very nice hotel, situated within 5 minutes walk to the central square in Santa Cruz. The receptionist is very helpful and they provide a water dispenser near the reception area. There is also an honesty bar so you can buy a beer and relax on the sun terrace at the end of the day. We stayed in the "Rooms Casa San Telmo" which is accessed via the hotel and is effectively at the back of the hotel. These rooms were quite spacious, like a mini apar**ent but they did lack natural light which wasn't a major problem but we found the room very noisy at night as you are below street level so you can hear people talking as they pass by and you hear the traffic quite a bit. Therefore I would say pick a room in the hotel.

It's simple and beautiful hotel. Small but has almost everything you need for your stay. They provide breakfast but no lunch nor dinner. Still it is ok because there are many dining choices in the area. Had ocean view room with balcony where you can see the sun rise and starry sky. Located on a steep slope so that you need a taxi to get there w/ luggage. You will hear the road and construction noise when you open the window for cool breeze, so better prepare ear plug if you're sensitive to noise. Overall very good and cozy hotel. Will stay here again.

Just got back from spending a week at the hotel with my son, we used it as a base to explore the island. The hotel is excellent, the staff lovely. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The breakfast was great as was the free fruit and water cooler to fill bottles prior to our trips. The honesty bar and outside terraces were ideal for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel is about a 10 min walk down into town for a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and pick up points for various island tours. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent breakfast although parking near the hotel may be difficult
