拉古納生態度假村&自然保護區(Laguna Lodge Eco-Resort & Nature Reserve)

Avevamo prenotato una villa con tre camere per 4 invece le camere erano 2 con tre letti. In bagno non c’erano nemmeno gli accappatoi e le ciabattine.La camera ed il bagno al piano sopra erano gelidi perche le finestre non chiudevano bene.A colazione avevano finito lo yogurt,il wi-fi non funzionava.cosa dire di più vi sembra un 5 stelle?Percontro il personale era gentilissimo ma sottodimensionato.

El hotel es rústico, muy bien mantenido, la ubicación y la vista desde las recamaras es fabulosa. Es un hotel vegano así que si buscan cenar carne no es la opción, nosotros nos fuimos a un pueblito cercano mmm más o menos. El servicio del personal fue muy bueno, sin duda regresaría.

Lugar recomendado para visitar con la familia y/o amigos muy bien servicio y comodidad para una estancia inolvidable. Espero volver. Espero volver pronto porque la verdad si estuvo muy bien el servicio

Bonito lugar para Hospedarse, y excelente servicio todo estuvo muy bien, contaba con buenas vistas y buen servicio todo súper higiénico la verdad si es muy buen lugar para descansar. Y pra compartir en familia

Dormitorios cheveres, frescos y reconfortantes los niños encantados de una experiencia sinigual volveremos muy pronto para sentirmos como en casa nuevamente esperamos que el lugar siga siendo tan bonito como hasta hoy

El hotel está bien. Un poco viejo. Tiene una vista increíble. Para llegar al hotel NO poner waze. Leer instrucciones de llegada o llamar al hotel antes. Esto deberían especificarlo al hacer el booking.

We had an incredible stay at Laguna Lodge. The serene environment, sustainable design, and stunning views made it a perfect holiday destination. The room had the most stunning view across the lake and was beautifully decorated with local furnishings & artefacts. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort at every turn. Waking up to the relaxing sounds of nature and enjoying our freshly prepared breakfast & morning coffee in the beautifully positioned restaurant was a highlight. Highly recommend! We can't wait to return!

the most important thing to know before staying here: this is most definitely not a four star hotel. maybe it was 10 years ago, but not anymore. they gave us a 'complementary upgrade' when we arrived, but our room looked like no one had been inside for months. there was even a spider web connecting the bed cover to the nightstand. In the room manual (likely written and printed a decade ago), they say the food is all local and organic, but the menu is bizarre and there is absolutely no way the food is 'local.' the fruit we were served at breakfast had no flavor, and even the coffee was bad...which was especially surprising since we are in one of the coffee capitals of the world! The staff was very kind but untrained. Clearly the owners of this hotel are asleep at the wheel.

What a wonderful place! Secluded (only accessibly by walking path or water taxi), but with easy access to everything Lake Atitlan offers. Super thoughtful, knowledgeable, and hardworking staff. I am a female solo traveler, and I felt very safe. The hotel arranged transport from my hotel in Guatemala City, and to my hotel in Antigua. They also arranged my hike up Rostro Maya, providing a sack lunch, and I was surprised my guide offered to take me into San Juan la Laguna to tour. I learned a lot about the area’s history, and Mayan culture. Food is very good. Will stay there again, and highly recommend!
