Excellent hotel, service, and facilities.
The Junior Suite was perfect for us as a couple.
Well located Hotel and has amazing food, service, and response.
100% recommended and it is worth the price of every dollar.

This experience at Hotel Lagoon was amazing. I had a pleasant and wonderful stay. Healthy food, and premiere top service. To the staff, i humbly thank you very much. Will return soon.

The hotel was clean. There was no hair dryer in my room and I asked for one to be left for the next morning, but it wasn’t. They were very helpful with transportation from the airport, the food at the restaurant was fabulous. I would probably stay there again. The hallways echoed so when people were walking in them it was very loud. The showers were quite noisy from nearby rooms.

Beautiful grounds and nice rooms. Bathroom could have used a deep cleaning. Tissue paper and some extra towels would have been useful. Shower temperature appears to be impossible to calibrate in Colombia. Food was very good!
