索布拉多 酒店(Sobrado Boutique Hotel)

Siamo stati una settimana a febbraio al Sobrado , ci siamo trovati benissimo sia nella struttura che sull’isola , la sera potevamo andare all’halos per animazione e di giorno in spiaggia sempre riservata per Halos e Sobrado . Mangiato benissimo , animazione fantastica , un grazie ad Alessia e a Renza Saramin che ci ha aiutato nella prenotazione !!! Alla prossima e no stress

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale tra cui in primis Alessia sempre molto disponibili e cordiali. La struttura si trova appena fuori dal centro città ( circa 5 minuti a piedi) ed a circa 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Quello che ci ha più di tutto stupito è la qualità del cibo dalla colazione,pranzo e cena. Si mangia veramente bene. Consigliatissimo

I should have known we would have issues when my emails prior to arrival were ignored. On arrival the “suite” I had paid for had been double booked so we were given an alternative which turned out to be the most basic room in the hotel. After three days of complaining I managed to get the difference between the rooms refunded without explanation or apology. Sadly this was just the start of the horrendous stay. Staff are pleasant enough but I wouldn’t call them friendly. The barman definitely requires a personality transplant, or at least a lesson in smiling and acknowledgment of guests would be a start. The bar area is small and forms part of reception. Drinks are reasonably priced. Breakfast is basic and repetitive but adequate. We ate at the main restaurant for dinner twice. The salad selection was good but all the hot food was stone cold. They simply do not have the facilities to keep food hot so should not be serving it. When I complained the chef just shouted and went back to the bar, as he did frequently throughout service, to have more shots. There was a complete lack of management within the whole hotel but especially the restaurant. They had run out of basic condiments which is unacceptable when there is a supermarket three minutes walk away. It is also not a buffet as such. You are served by someone and the choices are minimal. The second restaurant called Piri Piri serves pizzas etc which was ok and the young chef there was very good. The waiter, however, was the barman so all a bit miserable really. Such a shame that most of our evenings enjoying a peaceful drink were spoilt by waitresses arguing with each other. The hotel is small with a garden. The “pool” is tiny so more of a plunge pool. The beach is a good 10 mins walk away over uneven surfaces and not one for pleasant views. Lots of half built buildings which makes the area more of a bomb site. Sobrado guests can use the facilities of their sister hotel including the private beach which was really useful with plenty of sun loungers. Back to the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel which was great, but you guessed it, that’s where it ended. The room was clean when we arrived but cleaning services throughout our stay were inadequate. Bins were not always emptied, dirty glasses not removed, shower gels not replenished and towels were not clean looking. The TV had one level which was 100 so we couldn’t watch it , which is fine but if facilitates are advertised they should be in working order.On the third night my son showered and half way through the water turned brown. The water from the toilet, sink, shower and bidet were all brown. We had to use another room’s facilities. The following day my son became unwell followed by me the next day. The a/c then failed so we had to use the fan which appeared to have aggravated a nest of some sort as the room became infested with flying bugs, hundreds of them. J’ai passé un très beau séjour. L’hôtel est propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable dotées d’une très bonne literie Petit déjeuner variés et copieux. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable et à vos petits soins. Seul point négatif,Les chambres côté Sud sont très chaudes il faut un moment pour la clim et le ventilateur pour s y sentir bien Moi j’ai adoré, je recommande

Ottima struttura, praticamente nuova, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Il personale molto cordiale e socievole. Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Un mare fotonico!! Un grazie di cuore ad Alessandro assistente italiano Capo Verde Time, sempre disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Una vacanza che porterò sempre nel mio cuore. Da ripetere…e non mancherò di consigliarla a colleghi ed amici Elena S. 🍫

La struttura ha rispecchiato le mie aspettative; la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, la pulizia delle camere è risultata carente; quanto alla posizione sebbene vicina alla zona pedonale di Santamaria la sera l'area è poco illuminata. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale della reception, in particolare di Alessia

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit Personal. Sauberkeit und Ordnung des Hotels bzw. Zimmer war auch sehr gut. Ab und zu haben Geräte, wie das Lift oder Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, war aber fairerweise von äusserlichen Bedingungen abhängig. Das Hotel hat nur zwei Geschosse, von dem her alles OK. Das Essen war auch gut, wenn man die Verhältnisse des Landes berücksichtigt. Dafür im Hotel ist ein Restaurant (das Piri Piri) integriert. Das essen war sehr Fine und Preis/ Leistung Verhältnisse haben auch gestimmten. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in sehr gemütliche 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wer Wert auf Ruhe, Sicherheit, Sauberkeit, Erreichbarkeit und Preis/ Leistung-Verhältnisse legt, ist das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl.

Mooi en schoon hotel met grote kamers. Er is een minibar, airco, balkon en prima badkamer met inloopdouche. Uitstekend personeel en een binnentuin met klein zwembad met ligbedjes. Bonus is de toegang tot de gratis strandbedjes bij de beachclub van het Haloshotel op 10 minuutjes lopen. Het ontbijt is voldoende en er wordt met liefde een omelet voor je gebakken! Voor deze prijs een topper!

Ottimo hotel a 5 minuti a piedi dal pontile di Santa Maria. Camere spaziose e cena alla carta all inclusive sempre con vasta scelta e di qualità. Spiaggia attrezzata a 15 minuti a piedi con possibilità di recarsi all'Halos resort per l'animazione serale. Un grazie particolare ad Alessandro per la sua professionalità, per la sua gentilezza e per essere sempre pronto e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio e a consigliarti i migliori ristoranti per un pranzo o una cena fuori. Da tornare!
