Básico , muy bien ubicado es lo mejor cerca a zonas de restaurante , rumba , buena atención y buena relación precio y propuesta , el personal es amable y descomplicado , perfecto para ir a Dormir solamente y tener noche de cena y Rumba en la calle del correo.

Nos encantó el hotel, muy limpio, personal muy atento, desayunos ricos, muy central a todo, puedes tomar bus o taxi fácilmente, habitaciones y baños grandes. Cerca de la bahia de Santa Marta donde se puede ver el atardecer, cerca hay muchos restaurantes con gran variedad de comida. 10 de 10

El hotel excelente, Rosi super querida y atenta a lo que necesitábamos. El hotel está en una zona donde encuentras de todo, restaurantes, licoreras, comidas rápidas. Es muy bueno el precio para la calidad y la ubicación del hotel.

Nothing spectacular about the stay. The hotel is in a great location. I was charged quite a bit for the laundry service. 52,000 COP for a single load of laundry and wasn't sure if it was really washed. I don't speak the language so there was definitely a misunderstanding. I would've never used the service if it was clear they were charging that much. The water in the shower did not get hot until the last night there as well. I'm American so for the price I paid I'm not really complaining but compared to other options I might have been better off. If you're looking to be close to Parque de Los Novios this is your place if not maybe look for another choice.

This hotel is centered around a small courtyard with a pool at the base, which is good for cooling off from the hot temperatures in the daytime. There is a hottub and lounge area on the roof space too. Our room, like most of them I think faces the courtyard, which means it doesn't really have any external windows. The air conditioning worked well and the shower had good pressure - beds not especially comfy but good for one night. We had a traditional breakfast prepared in the morning which was hearty and tasty, there's always filtered water available for filling bottles etc. in the breakfast area. You are a block or two from various restaurants and bars, but we were advised not to wander too far from this immediate area as the rest of the downtown area is not considered particularly safe at night.
