海洋聖莫妮卡- LXR 酒店及度假村(Oceana Santa Monica, LXR Hotels & Resorts)

Great hotel with large suites. Only drawback is poor descriptions of suite types. We would have liked a room with a view, but were at the back of the hotel and the small balcony was facing the apar**ent building behind. Its a converted apar**ent building with room access from an open courtyard with central pool. As all rooms are slightly different, they don't all have desks, so I ended up working on laptop balanced on a pile of books because no rooms with desks available. Annoying for a business trip. Operated by Hilton, which I didn't notice mentioned on hotels dot com site. The two queen bed rooms are apparently very small compared to all others.

Hotel bello ma i servizi reclamizzati non ci sono. Nn c'è la Spa ma solo una stanza x massaggi. Solo un piccolo ristorante e uno pseudo bar con orari certosini . Peccato

One of the best hotels in Los Angeles, this place feels like home We would come back again, i LOVE this place. I enjoyed every second of it.

This hotel is not worth the price! It was very disappointing. My room was spacious and clean but had a strange setup with a tv fixed to a wall facing the beds— which is fine but the bed frame obstructs the view of the TV. Pool service didn’t really exist . It took forever to get a drink or menu . The restaurant is empty but the service was awful— I kept getting comped for meals / drinks because of service but i would have rather paid for an enjoyable meal/service. Food- ok. $32 for a glass of white wine from a screw top bottle. The staff likes to mention a terrace bar that opens at 6pm. There is no bar or service but a small area with some seats- no staff ever showed up at the “terrace bar” after waiting for 20 mins - So we left. The front desk didn’t have much knowledge on tours and offered me a pamphlet on a wine tour that was awful. For my final bill, i was charged for meals I never ate. I went to the front desk and the worker seemed annoyed to have to deal with it. She wanted to handle it without me there. When I told her I’ll wait . She refunded my credit card for an incorrect amount. When I told her it was still wrong , she again was annoyed. Finally she corrected it after trying to convince me that she would do it later. I stayed until she fixed it and then she was annoyed to print me out a copy. I paid $1000 /night for a hotel that was at best comparable to a Westin/ Hilton which is fine if it was at those prices. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was excellent. Property condition was good.

Beautiful, clean, and excellent customer service.

This is our second time staying at Oceana. We have loved staying here both times. This is probably the best hotel to stay at when one is in Santa Monica. They have amazing service, spacious and clean suites, an onsite restaurant and bar that is very good, and a rooftop bar that has beautiful views of the ocean and where we enjoyed sunsets with good cocktails.
