Este hotel no llega a 2 estrellas eso es como una pensión no hay ni jabón para ducharte ni aire acondicionado. Tuvimos q reservar un aire acondicionado portátil que nos facilitó el hotel q al segundo día ya no funcionaba nos quejamos en recepción y su respuesta fue q lo mirarían y nunca lo miraron pasaron olímpicamente estuvimos 3 noches pasando unos calores infernales 38 grados volvimos a quejarnos y nos daban largan q si ya van a ir a solucionarlo y nunca fueron les pedimos al hacer checkout el reembolso del aire ya que no lo pudimos disfrutar y nos dijeron que no podían devolvernos el dinero porque ellos lo alquilan a otra empresa externa todo cuentos para no devolvernos el dinero unos sin vergüenzas los del hotel golf beach Santa ponsa y eso le añadimos al recepcionista borde y antipático q nos atendió de pena pésimo no lo que le sigue nunca mas!

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est très bien pour une semaine de vacances, très calme. A proximité des transports, du centre et de la plage.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a 4 night break, rooms were basic, beds were comfortable and you were provided with 2 fans, we hired a fridge and it was booked and delivered in no time. Could always find a sun bed at the pool. Choice of breakfasts which were lovely and all the staff could not do enough for you. We will definitely be back.

What a brilliant little find! Staff are all so lovely ( yes, even the night manager!), nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are a decent size and fans are provided, beds are huge and very comfy. The pool area is an absolute sun trap so get your tanning done there 🥰 The food is decent and very reasonably priced, and you’re a 2 minute walk from the beach. There’s a little supermarket next door open early till late. What a little hidden gem! Would definitely come back!

We booked this last minute for the bank holiday weekend has the price was so cheap. And wow how this is only a 2 star, I’ll never know. It’s worth another star. Iv stayed all over the world and some 5 stars have been poor compared to this hotel. Staff are amazing. They go all out to make you feel welcome. Make sure you have everything you need. It’s so clean. Even a leaf was removed from the pool floor. And the smell is so fresh. Food is lovely drinks are good prices. I can’t fault this hotel at all. Highly recommended. Only one thing is there is no aircon. But you are provided with fans

Once again another fabulous stay at the Golf Beach. The management and staff could not be better. Francisco, Miguel, Ines Juan -Toni Richard, Julian, Isabela, María And the new team member Aun son of Malik a lot younger but the same smile 😊 all very good people and look after all of your needs. We were on a short 4 day break to surprise my son daughter in-law and our two grandkids who were staying in the Pirate Village which was a great surprise for them. Many thanks again to the Golf Beach family the service was first class throughout our stay and always with a smile. If you are looking for a nice safe relaxing break in Santa Ponsa look no further. Yet another review of Golf Beach. 1st class visit once more to this Hotel. If you are looking for reasonable price hotel this is it. Whatever this hotel lacks it is made up for by staff, nothing to much trouble. myself my wife and friends have stayed at Golf Beach roughly 12/13 times. Never disappointed

This hotel was perfect for my needs. If your wanting more cash to spend while On holiday it’s perfect! It’s Clean nice Shower and a comfy sleep it’s a safe space with fast free wifi throughout the hotel. No nonsense is tolerated here you respect the room and staff and they will take care of you :) it’s nice and quiet. This is a 2 star hotel but a very good one at that! I have a wide experience with hotels from 2 to 5 stars. And I must the say the cleanliness of this whole establishment was 10/10 The pictures you see are exactly what you get beds are comfy rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the place smells fresh. There is also a small flat screen TV if you have time to watch it. A well priced and stalked bar with beer garden and there is also a pool. The staff were very helpful and kind especially the night shift guy who welcomed me after a very late flight. The lady in the morning was helpful and served me a lovely full English breakfast and offered to keep my bags safe and use the facility when I cheeked out but still had a few hours to pick up that last minute sun. There is no air conditioning but it’s a 2 star I wasn’t expecting it but there was two fans in the room also a ceiling fan. Overall enjoyed this hotel and would definitely return again. Mark Walker

Perfect for what I was looking for. Clean, safe, great central location. Close to restaurants shops and very convenient for bus stop to Palma or Camp de Mar. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Lovely basic rooms which were very clean with free WiFi in rooms and reception. Located on busy road which is very handy for everything the resort offers. Reception has nice bar and amenities with air conditioning and good value drinks and food. Pool area was never crowded and we always got a sun bed. Staff are friendly and very helpful people and a credit to the owner. My only slight disappointment was the rooms have no fridge or coffee /tea making facilities but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and my sister. I really enjoyed my time here, the food was lovely and the drinks were great prices. The pool was good and there was plenty of sun beds to use. Handy for a budget holiday when it’s close to everything and all you need it for is sleeping and showering. However I did find the night porter to be a bit too strict. I loved how quiet the hotel was and I understand why the night porter has to be strict to keep it this way. However, one night we were having a chat on the balcony and I understand if maybe we were too loud and we didn’t notice (we definitely we not shouting). But the night porter came out and shined a green laser at us to quieten down. I thought this was unprofessional, maybe in the future he could just tell people to lower their voices. Otherwise all staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, except for a very aggressive employee on the reception desk when returning from a night out. The bathrooms are incredibly crammed and it was a very tight squeeze to use the toilet while avoiding having to sit on the sink basin. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, although it is available for 10 euros per night, or a minimum 40 euros. While a heatwave can’t be predicted, this is far from ideal, especially given that the air conditioning keeps the room temperature at around 30 degrees and makes as much noise as a small bus.

After another visit to the Golf Beach I can only say this hotel gets better and better , it is spotlessly clean inside and outside and the staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly , drinks are reasonably priced and the bar food is very nice. My wife and I will always return

Lovely little hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were a decent size, pool was lovely and chilled with plenty of sun beds available at all times. Food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Only down side was the lack of aircon. We stayed in June and despite the hotel providing fans it wasn’t enough to cool the room down. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the heat. I would stay again but not over the summer months. I would pay more to stay somewhere with aircon as I Love Santa Ponsa
