威斯塔俱樂部公寓(Apartamentos Vista Club)

Schöner Meerblick, große Wohnung mit Balkon. Handtücher waren zum Wechseln ausreichend vorhanden. Matratzen okay. Geschirr sehr dürftig( nur 1 verkratzte Pfanne, 1 kleiner u. 1 mittelgroßer Topf. 1 Nudelsieb, Wein-u. Sektgläser fehlten. Die Stühle waren sehr wackelig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Estuvimos pasando unos días en el Apartholel Vista Club y sopresa grata en todos los aspectos. Súper bien cuidados, vistas increhibles, atención espectacular, apartamentos grandes y ubicación inmejorable. ¡Gracias por todo y felicidades a todo el personal!!

C’était super bien l’hébergement impeccable parcontre parking très difficile

Really bad stay and customer service. We firstly contacted for an early check in as our flight got in at 9:30am, but no reply. We went there and the receptionist said that they would call earlier when the room was ready around 1pm but no-one called. Myself and three other friends booked this apartment for a friends hen do, however when we got there they said that our rooms were mixed up and that we would be separated into two different rooms. At first, we were annoyed as we were very much looking forward to being together and then the receptionist said that the apartments were next to eachother but they weren’t. There was a room between us. From then on, on the first day we came back from the pool and both showers were cold. We went down the reception and they did not attend to this, they just said we need to turn the boiler on which was not mentioned when we checked in. We didn’t know how to turn it on, so we researched how to and then it didn’t work and we all waited 10-15 minutes but still nothing so we had cold showers. After that, my friend was drying her hair with the room hair dryer and the fuse went and exploded. We mentioned it to the man at the reception, he said someone would come and fix it but no-one did. So we all shared the one hairdryer and avoided using the socket in the bathroom where the fuse went as it was unsafe. Whilst we complained about the hairdryer, we asked for a later check out the next day due to our flight being at 8:20pm. The receptionist was dismissive and said come back tomorrow morning and ask again, and the likelihood it would be fine as latest check out is at 12pm, this was also wrong. I went down in the morning and asked for a later check out for both rooms and he said that we would need to get out at 11 of one of the rooms, bearing in mind it was 10:30. In addition to this, he said there was a charge of €30, which was not mentioned yesterday, and that we could check out at 5pm from the other room. Therefore, we had to rush and move all our stuff from one room to another, only to go down and tell us it was the wrong room and he had made a mistake. This was ridiculous as we then had to move our stuff AGAIN. I had told them that I was in meetings all day and this was very disruptive. The manager came out and did not even seem bothered by our satisfaction, they just said to move out the room. They admitted the mistake, we were able to not pay the €30, however they never apologised for all the distress. I would not recommended this place to anyone as we are all people who never complain and are normally easy going people, however this holiday we couldn’t leave without a complaint as so many things went wrong and to help people in the future. Luckily the rest of the holiday was fine as we cheered ourselves up with the beach etc. just avoid here if possible because they didn’t offer any solutions at all and were very unbothered.

We booked a group room for our four friends to celebrate a Hen do and we were told upon arrival that this room was no longer available and that we had to split up into two rooms. We were told we were lucky to have this as there was an extra bathroom, but all we wanted was to be together on our holiday so this was very disappointing. We contacted them prior to arrival to ask for an early check in and they never responded so when we landed we went straight there and asked if we could. They said they’d call us when the room has been cleaned. They never called so we had to check in later than we wished. When we went into the room to freshen up we found that the shower was freezing cold and we alerted the receptionist. She acted as if this wasn’t her problem and told us to ‘turn it on’ with no clear instruction whatsoever. The water was still freezing cold until the following day. When I went to use the hair dryer, it exploded and the fuse sparked. This was really dangerous and off putting. We told the staff and they said they’d look at it, only after our reservation ended which was no use to us. Then, the day before the last day we asked if we could have a late check out the following day. He said that we had to come down early the next morning and ask then, which was very inconvenient for us but he said we would have at least until 12pm to check out. Come the next morning and when we went down at 10.30am, he said he needed our room at 11am and we needed to be out of there and move our things into the other apartment. He also added that we could stay later in the other room for a charge of £30. This was very stressful and contradictory to what the same staff member said the day previous. But we took the time to tidy and collect all of our belongings and moved them into our friends separate room. We then went down to hand in the key for our room when the receptionist said , I’ve made a mistake and we actually needed the other room. So we had to move all of our belongings AGAIN along with our two other friends to the room we were in previously, which not only wasted a lot of time, caused a lot of unnecessary stress to our trip. No apology was made and they made no effort to ensure the wrongs were put right. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want somewhere to stay with dangerous appliances, staff that don’t care, and a headache.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Club Apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and clean and we had a fantastic view over the bay from our balcony. Like a lot of hotels in Mallorca, the rooms would benefit from a bit of updating. The pool area is clean and tidy and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A lot of reviews we read before visiting Vista Club Apartments mentioned "steps" and it's true there are a lot of steps to negotiate within the property (to get to the pool for example) and to get to the town (there is another way to get to town that doesn't involve steps which is slightly longer). For us, the steps didn't really bother us but for someone with mobility issues (maybe even those with prams or buggies) I think they would present a problem. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return to Vista Club Apartments in future.

***AVOID AVOID AVOID*** I would never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly there are steps everywhere which is no fault of the hotel but they've no lift down to the pool which was so stressful with a buggy. Halfway into our holiday tiles popped up in the hallway causing a massive bang which scared the children. Initially the staff wanted us to move that night but it was bedtime so we stayed the night. We almost tripped over them numerous times. The hotel gave us a new apartment 2 floors beneath where we were and it took over 2 hours to move everything. They didnt give a damn and only apologised. It was super stressful in the middle of our holiday. We have 4 children including a 5 month old baby who needed to nap at the time we were moving. The staff didnt offer any kind of compensation and when I asked about it all I got was an apology and I was told to contact my travel agent but I had booked directly with the hotel. The bar is way over priced compared to others in the area. As others have said the kitchen is under equipped and doesnt have an oven. They didnt change bedsheets for our entire holiday nor did they clean. We got fresh towels and bins emptied every few days. Most of the staff were friendly but not good enough for what we paid. Avoid at all costs. There are definitely nicer hotels in santa ponsa. We will not be coming back here nor will i recommend it to anyone

This isn’t the best place we’ve stayed, very basic apartment, clean enough, beds were like boards and pillows weren’t great. Kitchen was under equipped, no wine glasses!! Great big balcony and lovely power shower! Pool area was nice and clean, good pool bar too. Do not underestimate the 174 steps to the hotel, it’s a killer 😬

Very loud place. 2 nights bothered by drunk guests walking, banging doors and screaming in the corridors and 1 night by a huge party happening across the street. Apartments with no sound insulation at all, it looks like ppl are walking inside the apartment. Bed very uncomfortable. Fridge smelly.
