馬略卡金普頓艾斯拉酒店(Kimpton Aysla Mallorca, an IHG Hotel)

a beautiful sanctuary in Santa Ponsa! The hotel's stunning design and attentive staff made a strong impression on me and are the reasons I will be back. They met all our business event needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly from meetings indoors to coaching sessions outside on the terrace. The food was exceptional, offering a tasty variety of well-presented dishes - lunch with Spanish specialities was my favourite. After busy work days, the beautiful rooms provided a peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep. This hotel brilliantly combines luxury with functionality.

Super Hotel! Waren im April für vier Nächte dort. Aussergwöhnlich freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl. Frühstückraum sehr geräumig. Kostenlos Weinverkostumg am Nachmittag. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Poolanlage sehr schön. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Eine Heizung im Bad wäre in den kalten Monaten von Vorteil. Ebenso eine Toilettenbürste…. Und für 18€ könnte der Aperil Spritz am Pool „netter“ serviert werden. Gesturteil: Ein wirklich tolles Hotel - Wir kommen wieder…

Overall we really wanted to like the Kimpton Mallorca but service was just so poor. The rooms are beautiful and the resort is brand new. It’s gorgeously designed. The AC in the rooms is excellent (never a given in Europe!) and the shower pressure is fantastic. The balcony in our room was fantastic, large and very quiet at night. The pools and pool beds are nice. But the service! No towels replaced or picked up at the pool. No staff at breakfast - you just walk in and stand around trying to figure out if you should sit down. When you sit down someone finally runs over demanding your room number. There’s an a la carte menu at breakfast, but we only received the menu at the table once out of 3 days, and no one ever asked if we wanted to order from it so we never actually got a chance to try it. Coffee service is slow and you have to flag everyone down. Pool bar was similar. Once I was standing and someone came out asking if I had been helped. I said no and he said “well my colleague should have helped you.” I ended up just getting up at every meal and walking over towards a waiter and asking for something. Disappointingly the pool restaurant was closed because October is the start of low season, but the weather was 30C and lots of people were by the pool. Overall just really disappointing for what I perceive to be an upscale brand at Kimpton.

Un hotel nuevo con un diseño único y novedoso en la isla. Amplias habitaciones con bonitas vistas. Bonita piscina y también una solo para adultos Un gimnasio súper grande con actividades varias. 2 opciones de restaurante uno con comida japonesa y asiática con comida show cooking! Me encanta la decoración y el ambiente informal con un precioso jardín súper cuidado. Muy recomendable!

후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 한국인이라면 꼭 가보시길 추천드립니다. 시설이나 서비스가 매우 좋고 총괄 쉐프님이 한국에서 12년정도 살다 오셔서 한국어가 매우 유창합니다. 더불어 레스토랑 디너 메뉴가 한식과 일식으로 구성되어있습니다. 여행 중 한식이 먹고싶었는데 덕분에 마요르카에서 육회비빔밥을 먹을 수 있었습니다.

We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional. Our room was amazing and the food was great!! The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Spain. Overall just an amazing stay!

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel exceptionnel ! Les jardins y sont splendides et reposants, le personnel est extrêmement agréable, souriant et serviable, la chambre est de très bon goût et les grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le golf et les jardins sont très appréciables. Nous avons aimé également pouvoir profiter des services mis à disposition tels que les vélos électriques pour se promener dans les environs et le van qui nous a permis de nous déplacer en ville facilement. La piscine est, quant à elle, absolument magnifique ! D’autre part, côté repas, le petit déjeuner est abondant et de très bonne qualité avec une variété de produits incroyable; et nous nous sommes régalés par 2 fois au restaurant Saba, qui propose des plats asiatiques de grande finesse. Nous n’avons rien à redire sur ce séjour, sauf que nous reviendrions avec très grand plaisir !

Fantastic all round experience during my 4 night stay at the Aysla hotel. From check in to departure staff were great. Rooms fantastic and pool area great with a separate pool for adults although when we were there there were only a few children. Breakfast superb as were the other meals we had. Taxi into Santa Ponca took minutes and cost 5 Euros. Taxi from the airport was about 20 - 25min minutes and was roughly 50 Euros. Funnily enough Uber was more expensive and we would have had a long wait at the airport. Even although several flights had landed at the same time we got a taxi in seconds. Definitely will be back as soon as we can. Big thanks to "MOTO "Director of Bars and restaurants who was always on hand to answer any question we had. A**osphere is relaxed, informal but professional.
