聖羅莎市中心AC酒店(AC Hotel Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country)

Service was spotty; some receptionists were more helpful than others. No coffee in the common area as advertised. Not great value here. Bathroom fan is loud and cannot be turned off so please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper. With all the other options in town, you would think that they’d be more friendly and accommodating. Will not return.

The hotel is fine, but my husband and I were not able to sleep at all because it is so loud. It is right on the freeway, with our room being closest to the freeway. The noise from the freeway kept us up all night. There were earplugs in the room that didn’t help.

This was a fiasco. I arrived to discover that there were 2 bookings for the same person and the same room. This was AFTER I got an email saying YOU canceled 1 of the rooms, and spent 20 minutes on the phone w CS to BOOK A NEW ROOM becaus YOUR REP said I had to or I would not have a room!!!

Our stay was great, service was top notch. the only thing I would say the elevator should have a key card access after a certain hour.

Make sure you lock your money up,and not in the room safe.Housekeepers got me for $262.Also, no microwaves.Had a booking issue through *******,and for two weeks ******* could not get a hold of the manager to resolve the issue.Still trying to have it resolved.Night staff is a joke.Asked for washcloths,and the teenager guy brought me a comforter, 45 minutes later.Said he would come back with washcloths. 3 phone calls and two hours later he brought me large towels.I gave up.Fire alarm went off at 0400 and teenage night kid didn’t know what to do,was handled so poorly.There are multiple hotels in the exact same area, all within walking distance of downtown Santa Rosa, with better amenities at much better prices.Never again.

I stayed at this hotel due to local power outages. When I woke in the morning, the power was still out at my house, so I made a reservation for another night. Before I checked out and into the new room, my power was restored, and despite a no refund policy on the third-party booking Site when the hotel was called to see if they would give me a refund they did! Deshen at the front desk was very helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful hotel. Couple of drawbacks, restaurant was closed due to a faulty boiler. Tried to find ice, broken ice machines on 2 floors and front desk was not helpful. Mold in the shower and basin. Bar was nice and bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again, they just need to improve on a few things.

Loved this place! Very nice and modern, the bar was great and the bartender was very nice, what a great gentleman 😀

This property was very nice I definitely enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking situation wasn’t ideal for me! It was very hard to find parking unless you wanna pay for valet services again this is my opinion maybe it’s better for someone else idk. Otherwise I enjoyed staying there very much and the staff were very polite and friendly would definitely stay here again.
