這是我住了最長時間的一個酒店。住了十幾天。前台溝通不是特別理想。可以換現金，早餐比較不錯。距離武器廣場博物館，都很近，地鐵站，總統府。可以在機場坐大巴7000塊比索就可以坐過去。搭出租車大概要。30美金。

Razoável… esperava mais da habitação que me colocaram em vista das fotos aqui, mas ao invés disso me colocaram em um quarto no térreo, sem ventilação e extremamente barulhento. As portas tinham janelas, então qualquer movimento que havia al lado de fora, despertava meu sono. Barulho externo não tem, mas interno? Muitooooo! Contudo, vamos aos pontos positivos: - Bem localizado; - Atendimento cordial; - Bom diálogo dos funcionários. Deixo aqui meu obrigada as meninas que cuidam do café da manhã, extremamente educadas.

I stayed here 7 days total over 3 bookings as I was in and out of Santiago for flights to Rapa Nui, the Atacama and Torres del Paine NP. Each stay was great. Why? Well, first, unlike the original place that I booked when I arrived in Santiago who flat out lied about the quality of their wifi (it barely worked even at their front desk!), this place has wifi that actually works which they proved after I had to call over to them and confirm that it did before I had to get a taxi over. Once there, even though I had only booked 1 hour before, I got upgraded to a huge room for my first 2 nights w/a mini fridge (all rooms have them). All staff was helpful-all of them spoke good English which was helpful as my Spanish is marginal. The breakfast was pretty good overall-lots of options and they had amazing pastries and cakes. Further, as the hotel is set way back there was no street noise. The location is actually great as well-highly convenient-right next to a supermarket and a few restaurants, close to the metro, about a 15 min. walk to Plaza de Armas. The kicker (and why I kept rebooking it after my first stay) is that it is about a 5 min. walk to the end of the line for the ”Centro Aeropuerto” bus line direct to the airport-each way I paid about $2 US to get back and forth to the airport 5 different times in about 30-45 mins. I save a ton of taxi money. Understand that this is not a super modern hotel in an upscale neighborhood like BellaVista but all the amenities were there and overall, the rooms are quite spacious and well designed. In short this was the perfect place for me to get around Santiago and to/from the airport. And the price, when including the breakfast, is a great deal overall. So glad my first hotel didn't end up working out in the end.

Al llegar a media noche fue muy confuso todo, hasta el chófer del taxi le dió miedo y dudo si dejarnos ahí, menos mal el taxista muy atento, llamo por nosotros y un personal nos busco, está ubicado en unas calles muy solitarias y oscuras, de mal aspecto, una vez dentro, todo cambia, excelente instalaciones muy moderno y confortable, los desayunos, un poco acontecidos, si había leche, no había mantequilla, si había pan, no había huevo, sin embargo, siempre atento el personal se mantiene pendiente para resolver cualquier novedad, pero entra y salir del hotel siempre fue complicado, por qué los arrededores, de verdad no inspiran nada de confianza, valla prevenido, pero una vez dentro, relájese y disfrute.

I can say the worst stay in my life. We arrived early in the morning after a night flight, we asked in advance if is possible to leave the luggage there, that's why we went directly there. When we arrived they asked if we want to do the procedures for checkin so we started them, but meanwhile a family arrived which seemed more important, because they were so focused on the new family that they didn't even told us about breakfast, or any kind of information - they remembered in the evening when we returned from diner that we were supposed to receive a welcome drink. We left for some breakfast in the city and some walking since the room was not ready. We came back earlier because it was cold and almost rainy so we wanted to wait in the reception( for an hour). When they finally gave us the room, the bed sheets were still wet and the room was freezing cold, we complained and after some running around they decided to give us another room or wait for the bed to be changed - we accepted the new room (we were so tired we even fell asleep on the sofa in the reception). I don't know if there were more than 3 rooms occupied. In the evening of our first day we received an email with some information, in that information was basically what they forgot to tell us at the checkin, like breakfast, and other details. In this email was mentioned about their restaurant that serves diner between 18.30 and 21.30, between Monday and Saturday, and a sandwich and salads bar that serves everyday. We decided next day to have diner at the hotel since we had to pack and go to bed early, we needed to wake up at 2.30 am in order to catch our flight. Well this didn't work out, apparently they don't have a restaurant, and I had to explain in a lot of different ways that we want to eat - the receptionists didn't speak english and we don't speak too well spanish. Also we saw that a wedding was having place in the garden - we were not noticed about it, and I am pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel that didn't attend the event. The event didn't bother us, the garden was on the other side, but around midnight the guests started to go to their rooms and a lot of doors slamming and talking on the hallway, and the catering teams were gathering the stuff with the music from their cars at maximum volume, also slamming a lot of stuff like they were in a jungle not in a hotel where people sleep. I had to go three times to the reception to complain until the receptionist told them to turn off the music, but the scandal continued anyway. After only one hour of sleep I asked for a refund for that night, but I understand the receptionist got probably only 10% of what I told her about not being normal to pay 150 USD for a 4* hotel and not being able to sleep because they organize events that they do not mention to their guests. I slept better in a tent in the middle of the forest during a storm!
