Grand Santiago Tower附近的聖地亞哥酒店

我在這裏住了兩晚,酒店很健康,一切都還聞起來很新。位置不是真的很好,周圍真的什麼都沒有,你去哪裏都需要Uber。在智利永遠不要打車!!!前台的人一點也不友好,也不熱情,但我想智利到處都是。

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. 這是一家精緻的連鎖酒店,位於5-10min車程,距離SCL機場。該建築比較新(建於5年前),步行距離沒什麼可看/做。酒店提供每小時一次SCL的班車服務,即使是凌晨2點。臥室和浴室都很大,但wifi無法正常工作。整晚還聽到“流水”(從相鄰房間流出來?)的噪音很大。我的主要抱怨是預訂前無法與酒店溝通。我嘗試通過溫德姆總部、facebook、twitter和booking.com收到的電子郵件地址進行嘗試,他們從未回覆。一旦你預訂,你收到一封確認信,其中有2封郵件地址和一個電話號碼。其中一個郵箱地址不存在事件(我的郵件被拒絕)...,他們幾乎回覆了另一個。航天飛機時間表只在最後一分鐘給到了...,這不專業。

Localização: Ok...nao tem nada muito perto, além do pátio bella vista Quarto: Ok...faltou coberta (estava frio) e o chuveiro é muito baixo...sendo um pouco desconfortável tomar banho (tenho 1,86m)..... Problemas: O café da manhã é servido à partir das 8h, e não há em qualquer lugar esta informação...para quem está indo a trabalho, isto foi péssimo..... Me trocaram de quarto no último dia, pois tinha outra reserva para meu quarto...até aí ok...mas me avisaram em cima da hora quando estava saindo...tive que arrumar correndo para não me atrasar. É um hotel ok...com potencial....mas com muitos pontos a melhorar.
