This is a very nice hotel situated near the Lastarria neighborhood and the city center monuments. The manager who checked me in was not very friendly and charged my credit card that was on file (generally I am asked if I want to leave the charges on the cc). Further they asked for a credit card for incidentals, which was not the one on file, so I was surprised that it was charged. Amenities at the hotel were fine, the breakfast was just OK. I would probably stay elsewhere next time as my experience was not the best...

Fint, mysigt hotell i centrala Santiago. Nära till barer och kaféer. Rent, fräscht och med lite exklusiv känsla. Tyst och lugnt trots centralt läge. Vänlig personal som bla hjälpte till med taxi beställning. Rekommenderas!

Sehr schöne und angenehme Unterkunft im Zentrum von Santiago. Kleines Hotel mit großen schön und bequem eingerichteten Zimmern. Gut geführt. Sehr gutes Restaurant und Rooftopbar. Hervorragendes Essen und große Weinauswahl zu attraktiven Preisen. Erstklassiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!

I would highly recommend this property for many reasons. First, the staff is second to none. They were all very friendly and helpful. And I want to highlight Raul Sepulueda. He went above and beyond in helping us. The area was very nice and had many eating options as well.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well decorated. We make a reservation for a three twin beds. However, they set up a super uncomfortable sofa bed for the third bed. My the staff was not able to resolve the issue and I had to sleep on the floor. The charge for the extra person was even higher than the regular charge. The didn’t seem to care blaming *******.

Really nice hotel right by Santa Lucia hill and by the Bella Artes and Lastarria neighborhoods. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar has excellent food and drinks

Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the theme of the hotel. Received a breakfast snack the morning i left at 2am for 431am flight! Thank you for the unexpected gift.
