馬勒孔客房酒店(Malecon Rooms & Hotel)

Es un lugar muy acogedor, me encanta hospedarme aquí más por la excelente persona que tienen en la recepción, el señor Carlos quien desde el día 1 que me hospedé aquí me recibió con todo el cariño del mundo, su atención con los huésped y su disposición es increíblemente excelente. Creo que por la forma en que él trata a los huésped es que vuelvo cada vez a este hotel porque uno se siente acogido. Gracias Carlos por ser parte de ese equipo y dar lo mejor de ti siempre

No hay espejo largo,ni donde poner la maleta no hay espacio para poner las cosas personales en el baño.El ruido por las noches,hay un restaurante muy cerca de las habitaciones.Todo se escucha!!!NO descansamos bien.

Hotel pequeño, poco aseado, el desayuno es malísimo y el personal sumamente descortés, me.aloje por 4 noches y nunca asearon mi habitación, en resumen la imágenes que publican en internet, no corresponden a la realidad de lo que realmente es el hotel

En general bien. Luego de una habitación poco accesible para nuestra condición, al día siguiente nos trasladaron a otra más confortable. El desayuno muy malo. Repetitivo.

We took this room because we thought it would be nice. No TV for 1 of our nights. No hot water Sunday Monday or Tuesday. Lovely staff just nobody did anything to fix the problem. They tried to move us to a different room about 12 hours before we left. Three flights of stairs and a spiral staircase was a poor choice on my part but the only one offered that wasn't a closet. The Website offerings looked awesome and the prices certainly better than the deal I got on site. Live and learn. The linens very clean. One towel per person the entire time even after asking for more. One half roll of toilet paper for 3 days. Good we know to pack our own. They could be a great place but Dominicans don't like to give bad news so they smile and apologize, which doesn't really cut it as far as no hot water is concerned.

Staff is polite. Hotel is safe. I stayed at the cozy room, not at the hotel side. No one came to clean the room, even for the wastes. As I stayed alone, it was not a big issue for me. But at leats a quick cleaning could be nicer. The breakfast is weak but compared to the price, no need to expect more. The district of the hotel may not be so secure by night so better to use Uber for access

I really enjoyed my stay, and I really can't wait to go back... The hotel was good, the breakfast was very good, the services are perfect, the staff are very wise and kind, especially the lady of the customer service ... Only I would have preferred that they add the cleaning services included in the price of the hotel, it's advice...

This is Kerly, I’m from to Fort Lauderdale, I don’t like to service in the hotel, I don’t see the refrigerator in the room, so no cleaning room, no change the towels and blankets so, same food every day, I don’t like , the price is very expensive,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
