盧卡酒店 - 歐克索之家(Luca Hotel by the Oxo House)

Great location! Beautiful hotel! The staff are very nice and helpful.

We did not end up staying at this place. There were no rooms available for me and my friend. 3 confirmed rooms in total and none was available. The manager eventually moved us to a nice place but they did not tell us the situation and kept telling us to wait and wait. It tooks us about 1.5 hrs to get to the new place. Which was nice but not a hotel and therefore has no service. Not even coffee. If you are going to book here, I am not sure how you can guarantee actually staying here.

Todo estupendo, pero si tienes ganas de tomarte una cerveza nada más llegar, hazlo en el bar que tienen en al cuarta planta. Si lo haces en el lobby te costará más del triple y en la terraza las vistas son bien bonitas .

Muy cerca de la calle principal, se esmeran en la atención,muy limpio.

Una opción súper agradable en la ciudad, limpio y tranquilo con un servicio impresionante.

Muy recomendado. El cuarto limpio, cómodo, en general el hotel muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Gracias a todos los que trabajan en el hotel. Regresaremos pronto.

El jacuzzi con agua sucia, le ocasionó infección a mis acompañantes.

El hotel sumamente limpio, Agradable confortable , desayuno excelente , y todas las señoritas de Atención al huésped fueron súper atentas sumamente excelentes en su atención al huésped, muchísimas Gracias, me hicieron sentir en mi propia casa .
