Estafa!!! Esta es una aleta no deben reservar aquí, esta gente es estafadora, por favor no reserves aquí, me dejaron en la calle con mi familia y un niño en horas de la madrugada por no pagar 50 dólares más por esa noche por supuestamente llegar tarde y que la reserva había caído cuando ellos dicen que están habiertos las 24 horas yo les escribí con anticipación a que hora llegaba no dijeron nada solo enviaron la ubicación ellos estafan y tríp no debería tenerlos aquí, voy a hacer viral y hacer una denuncia pública.

Really bad Air-condition not working properly. They ask me to pay $25 extra just because ******* gave me a discount according to them. It look like they are stealing people money.

If you just need something cheap for a night it’s ok. We had a 4am flight so we just came for a few hours as we weren’t staying in Santo Domingo for the duration of the trip and wanted something close to the airport due to the early flight. No shampoo or shower gel. Tons of mosquitos, and very uncomfortable bed. The guy at the reception was very kind and nice.

The property was clean and comfy, the host Donald is an amazing man, he's friendly and very helpful; I am so looking forward to bringing my friends for my 2023 group trip.

The owner is a thief. I had to pay $35 a day extra for AC and $15 a day extra for internet and I had to pay that before I check in… and to top it off I deposited $40 for a gate key which was supposed to be refunded when I returned the keys but he did not give me the refund. The AC was only at night. The owner stated that if I need AC during the day that’s and extra $15 a day. The internet was not working for over a week but he did not refund any money. That man is a crook . I don’t think anyone should fall into a trap like that. I had to go with what he said cause we had nowhere else to go. That hotel is a very bad place to be….No security it’s just terrible
