石灰石酒店(Limestone)

Hola hola Deliciosa experiencia tranquila y calmada en un lugar en donde uno se puede relajar completamente. Nos dieron una habitación muy amplia con más de 100 años de antigüedad y todos los espacios muy bien decorados. El baño de los mejores que me han tocado con agua caliente y una muy buena presión. Lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad de la persona que nos recibió y nos explicó los temas de la habitación y sus amenidades y también de la misma isla.

Above and beyond service. Front desk came at 4am to help us carry our luggage for our 6am flight. Incredible breakfast and above beyond care for the guests. The hotel is modern and beautiful and the location is fantastic. I cannot recommend this place more, it deserves 5 stars for it care and service

Absolutely gorgeous! My wife and I went for our wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Rooms built into the cliff side make for an amazing experience. The staff could not have been more helpful! The breakfast options are incredible, set us up for the whole day. A 5-minute walk from the town centre where you will find amazing restaurants and local shops. Don't think about it, just book!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel ! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we absolutely loved it , We opted for the honeymoon suite as we where looking to get a view of the sunset and we where looking to celibate our Anniversary, The room itself felt luxurious and traditionally cut out of the caldera , however it’s super modern and with doors that open up to the sea and sunset , the terrace with its cut in jacuzzi and loungers made us want to be back every night for the sunset and enjoy the space which we did , Breakfast was outstanding and was plenty to choose from , which was pre ordered and delivered to the room , it was definitely special to be able to sit out looking at the scenery in the morning, A special mention needs to go to the service and to the hotel manager Thrasos who absolutely went above and beyond to make our time at Limestone special , we can’t thank him enough, So if you have got this far reading this review and your thinking about booking , my advice is to do it !! You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks limestone and Thrasos we will see you again at some point in the future !

Very clean, great breakfast, stunning views, & very central and quiet location. I would have expected more though given the £460 price per night. I don't believe it was good value for money. People playing their music was also annoying as the spaces are very confined. Annoying when you want to have your breakfast in peace!

Amazing cave hotel, excellent breakfast, excellent sunset view over the caldera from the hotel terrace

Booked the "junior suite" for our honeymoon and when we arrived the size of the room shocked us. The bed filled half the room with no room either side you have to crawl in from the end. There's not enough space to unpack unless you're only staying for one night. The window for the sunset view is only big enough for one person to look out of. The balcony area is overlooked from all angles. The main walkway into town goes right past so lots look in and some take pictures so zero privacy. The "private" hot tub has a window above the walkway and one morning we found a drinks can in the tub. Not sure if that was thrown through the hole or left from someone else as the door isn't locked. I booked this based on previous reviews and I honestly struggle to understand how it gets such good writeups. Spend your money elsewhere for a bigger room and better hotel experience.

Excelente estadía en una habitación tipo cueva con más de 100 años

Had booked the suite with the cave pool ahead of our wedding as a treat to use in the days after our wedding, covid hit and we had to reschedule... Limestone charged me extra to do this, citing their rates were higher now in 2022 than 2020.... fine, ok, I'll pay it. 2 years later, the day finally comes, to be told we have received an 'upgrade' - what this consisted off was a bigger room, but with an exposed hot tub at the front of the hotel with everyone gawping as they walk past and taking selfies. The 'hot' tub was also cold. Really upset, I asked management if there is possibility to switch rooms, but they had sold our room on again to someone else who was unwilling to switch. Funny that. The receptionist said i should message management once home to ask for a refund. Have done this, even asking for a possible future stay ( we come to Santorini every year) to be told a big no and basically tough luck. Hugely disappointed and almost ruined the week for us. Their so called kind gesture of an upgrade was nothing more than an excuse to re-sell what is clearly their most popular room. Even worse is their reaction to it. Avoid this hotel and stay somewhere that has some class about it.
