尼科斯別墅酒店(Nikos Villas)

WOW, Nikos Villas might not be the most modern or poshest Hotel in Santorini, but it was authentic and their staff has been absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make our experience fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and just lovely. The view of our room was amazing and breakfast very tasty.

My wife and I decided to spend a few days in Greece after our cruise ended. By chance, we booked our stay at Niko's Villas and Suites. What a find, almost as good as finding buried treasure! The staff is so friendly and accommodating that you feel that you are with family, not in a hotel. Dimitris, Matina, Fo and the rest of the staff are the best. The rooms are mainly on the smaller side; but who cares, we weren't there to stay in our room. The location is perfect. It is just a short walk into the main area of Oia, which is great. It means that you don't have to deal with the daytripper cruisers that flood the streets during the heat of the day. The views of the caldera are spectacular, and you can watch the sunset from the terrace or you patio sipping a great drink made by Fo. It is a beautiful and easy roundtrip walk to Fira if you choose. If you want to do something, you just have to ask at the front desk and they will arrange it. For eating, there are 50 or more restaurants and tavernas within a 10 minute walk. We are already planning to go back next year and hopefully beyond!

Von keinem anderen Ort hat man einen besseren Blick über die gesamte Caldera ! Wir waren hier zum 9.Mal innerhalb der letzten 20 Jahre und sind begeistert, wie wunderschön sich das Hotel mit seinem großartigen Pooldeck präsentiert. Der alte, griechische Stil erstrahlt immer wieder in neum Glanz , das Frühstücksangebot hat sich enorm verbessert, wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und man kann in Ruhe am eigenen Balkon essen - ein Traum, bei dieser Aussicht!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! Niko went above and beyond as the owner and we were so glad to have stayed in this little gem with a beautiful view of the sunset without having to fight the crowds.

O café da manhã era delicioso e ficava ainda mais especial com aquela vista do mar, a piscina era boa, cadeiras confortáveis, mas o banheiro deixava a desejar, chuveiro fazia a maior bagunça no banheiro porque só tinha aquela cortina de plástico…

細かいことをいえば部屋の電話が壊れていて、何かを頼んだり聞いたりするたび近くの受付に行かなきゃならなかったとかあるけど、ここについてはそんなことはどーでもいいはず　ホテルに宿泊者専用のプールとリクライニングチェアがあり、そこからイアならではの究極の眺めが楽しめる　泊まった部屋は前にパティオがあり、朝食はそこに持ってきてくれて景色を見ながらゆったり食べられる　イアの夕焼けもベストな眺めはOld Casle の方まで行かなきゃ見れないけど、ホテルのプールからでもそこそこ楽しめる　ちなみに夕焼けのベスポジを確保するには途中の通路が人で渋滞するので車道でできるだけ近くまで行ってから細い道に入っていくといいかも　ホテルスタッフは皆んな親切なのも特筆もの　小さなスーパーも近くにいくつか　総じて気持ちよく滞在させてもらいました　

Exceptional service from the general manager, Dimitri. Traveled with 6 couples. View is extraordinary. Breakfast was hearty and delivered to each individual terrace. So glad we were a short walk to the center of the business district, but away from the chaos of the cruise ship travelers. Pool side bar and markets close by. 5 minutes away from the hotel is a great local restaurant filled with locals-Santorini Mou.

We stayed at two luxury properties for a 5 day stay in Santorini and while neither disappointed, Nikos Villas Hotel was by far the favourite. It was far more reasonably priced, but the location and views onto the Caldera were awe-inspiring and beat hands down the more modern, whitewashed, jacuzzi and 'luxury' alternative we stayed at. This traditional hotel combines a rich history and warm welcome, with well maintained and extremely comfortable accommodation. I would visit again and again despite the immense number of competing properties. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast offering superb and the facilities delightful. The Caldera View rooms along with the poolside offer a perfect spot to take in the sunset without having to join the throngs of tourists so this really was the best of the best.
