安瑞亞套房及別墅(Aria Suites & Villas)

絕對令人驚嘆的酒店！我們在 Aria Suites 的一棟別墅住了 4 晚，完全愛上了這裡的位置、景色和這裡的人！每個人都非常友好。沒有什麼比在露臺上享用早餐並欣賞聖托里尼島的壯麗景色更好的了！你不會後悔住在這裡！如果我有幸回到聖托里尼，我會毫不猶豫地再次住在這裡。

Aria Suites is a wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location and beautiful views of Santorini. It’s close to tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

我們喜歡一切：工作人員受到的待遇，房間裡的早餐很棒。從飯店看出去的景色很美。一切都很完美，除了從酒店到港口的出租車價格過高。

Aria Suites is a nice Hotel with big rooms/apartments. First they served us santorin white wine which was really nice. We arranged our Taxi through Reception, but sadly they arrived almost 25 minutes late & we missed our appointment. On the second day (departure day) we waited for our brunch to arrive, but it never arrived at our apartment. After 45 minutes of waiting we had to check out without having breakfast. As we checked out, they just came around the corner with: Your breakfast is ready now. I wouldn't recommend Aria Suites to others. We had a good stay there with a nice receptionist but others were just unfriendly. For us it was a NoGo with the breakfast as we arranged our brunch time on our arriving day, so we would have enough time for having breakfast before our fligths. we think it's sad that they not had another solution for us or even paying our Food at the airport.

We were there for two nights Saturday and Sunday checking out very early Monday morning. The gentleman who helped us checkin was wonderful. After our breakfast on Sunday morning we couldn’t find anyone in the reception area. We called the hotel numerous times to let them know we are departing early the next day and needed to know where to leave our key and wanted to order a light breakfast. No one answered!

Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h. Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil, pas même un numéro de téléphone (le numéro donné par ********** ne donne rien). J'ai dû demander aux restaurants voisins qui contacter. Il a un autre accueil aussi plus loin, et là j'ai trouvé un gentil employé de 20 ans. Il nous a aidé avec les bagages et s'est montré très prévenant. Un membre de ma famille a une mobilité réduite et les escaliers nombreux sont un problème. Heureusement il y a une autre sortie, mais elle est fermée. L'employé l'a ouverte pour quelques heures seulement, ce qui n'a donc pas résolu le problème. Aucun service de réception dès le soir. La vue de la terrasse est belle, mais les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre.

Gorgeous hotel, great service, and wonderful food. You can't go wrong.

Aria Suites was a very nice place. The staff will make it very accommodating. Shopping is not very far ( less than a mile) walk. Enjoy!!!!
