Ese no es un hotel características de MOTEL. La entrada al cuarto SUCIA, la puerta del cuarto SUCIA, la puerta no ajustaba, las cortinas ROTAS y a 10 pies del cuarto estaba el DEPÓSITO DE BASURA.no quisieron cambiar el cuarto
No utilizamos el servicio. Pido reintegro de mi dinero. Es una estafa, los reportaré a ambos a reporte al consumidor de USA

There was a drunk in the pool area - but i didn't report it. I just left
The breakfast could have used some protein

The hotel was great! I literally was there for almost a month and I stay multiple time s out the year s But The hotel kicked me out and before check out day because my boyfriend beat me up. This hotel doesn't protect woman in a abusive situation. I was not the aggressor

Liked nothing about this place?They had a teleprompter person to check your in. No staff there. I had to give them a credit card for so called incidentals. $100 for incidentals.? What would we spend here? It is a dump!
Loud Spanish music blaring. Room is dirty. TV has hardly any channel unless you want to purchase some show.I must say the bed was clean. ******* should be embarrassed!

Check in was remote and very awkward. The person checking me in did not seem familiar with what he was doing. It also took a VERY long time, and I had two anxious and angry parties waiting to check in after me. It pot too much pressure on me to ask them to wait patiently. It should not have been my responsibility.

En primer lugar Elpidia no indica qué hay que dar un depósito de 100.00 que te lo reembolsan a los 4 días, los pasillos y escalera estaban Cochinos y el desayuno malísimo no había ninguna variedad. De verdad que no se lo recomiendo
