We stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel. Met the owner Kathleen Smith who was very welcoming. Everything about this place was so comfy. The rooms, the staff, the porch & the living room areas with fireplaces. Be sure to include breakfast in your reservation. It was delicious!

I rarely write reviews on TripAdvisor, but the Saratoga Arms Hotel was such a great experience I simply had to post something. Each room is unique with plenty of character. The furnishings are nicely done, conservatively stylish, and the room itself is very well maintained. They recently redid the fitness center. It has a bicycle for spinning, an elliptical, and a treadmill. It also has free weights, a weight bench, two medicine balls, two yoga mats, and a multigym weight machine. It’s not big, but it covers all the bases and is nicely done. My wife and I very much appreciated the complimentary snack bar right outside the main desk. It has free water bottles, sodas, and snack galore (homemade cookies & granola bars, chocolates, candies, small packages of chips, etc.). It’s constantly kept filled and is available 24x7. No need to worry about running out of bottled water here! However, what stood out more than anything else was the service. As soon as I made a reservation, I got a text on my phone asking if there was anything they could do to make my visit more enjoyable. Over the stay they helped get restaurant reservations, left towels at the door when we had a very late lazy day, found a local nature park with a viewing platform, and checked-in with us regarding housekeeping. And the housekeeping was very thorough – they even cleaned the sink soap dish (what?). Super impressive. We ended up cutting our visit a day short due to scheduling changes on our side and they accommodated us. I recommend the Saratoga Arms Hotel highly. It’s not cheap, but the rooms and staff are amazing and its location right on Broadway is hard to beat.

The room was very pretty and comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful. McKayla was very welcoming throughout my visit. The wait staff in the dining room were professional and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to my next visit.

My wife and I had a wonderful visit to Saratoga Springs, and particularly the Saratoga Arms Hotel. It is an old rooming house wonderfully redone. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is open for breakfast only, and the food is as good as I have had for breakfast, especially the ricotta pancakes! The staff is always trying to find ways to make your visit better. The concierge, Makeyla, made reservations for us at several really good restaurants in Saratoga Springs.

My husband and I have stayed at the Saratoga Arms many times. It is our go to when we go to the area. The warm family a**osphere and excellent accommodations are over the top. The staff made us dinner reservations at local restaurants and made suggestions about activities around the area. The cook to order breakfasts are so delicious and the Chef and servers are always so accommodating. Service with a smile every step of the way. The Smith family has a gem and we wouldn’t think of staying with anyone or anywhere else. Thank you for another memorable time. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful hotel! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful rooms, and the entire place is lovely and spotlessly clean.

The old adage “save the best for last” applies here as we ended an Amtrak Rail Pass multi-city adventure in Saratoga Springs. Our 3 night stay was luxurious, gracious, and the perfect way to wrap up our trip. The inn and our room were beautifully appointed and meticulously kept, the breakfasts were artfully prepared featuring an excellent variety of choices. Best of all was the staff. From our first contact through our stay, Rachel, the manager, thoughtfully prepared for our visit and made us feel welcome. The desk staff, Ethan and Tim, were helpful over the phone before our arrival and during our stay were knowledgeable, friendly and capable. The wait staff in the breakfast room were all friendly and efficient, and other hotel staff, Sean and Mikeala were delightful. The Executive Chef, Tim was not only very skilled but a real pleasure to talk to. Overall, an outstanding relaxed indulgence.

Look no further-this place is THE BEST! Loved the hotel, room, employees, scrumptious breakfast, beautiful dining room, pantry snacks.

This was a one night stay on a stop over between destinations. We plan on returning for a longer stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, our accommodations were exceptional. Very convenient location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
