薩拉託加泉安泊套房酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs)

Room was spacious and comfortably fit my family, space was clean as well. Highly recommend!

The staff, especially the kitchen staff and waitress staff were all very nice. The area in the back of the hotel is where the employees take their breaks. It can be a little off-putting to see a group of employees smoking in the back where the patrons park. The cigarette butts are also all over in the back. Maybe create a designated smoking area with a place to throw out the cigarette butts for employees.

Excellent staff. Room was clean and quiet. Nice breakfast menu and again great staff. Bed was a little worn and bit that comfortable. Was dismayed to see so many dogs

My bed and all of the linens were wet upon arrival. Since I booked thru a third party, no refund of any kind was offered. I was tired and wanted to lay down but the correction of the situation took almost 1.5 hours. It was my wedding anniversary and we missed going out with our friends who traveled there with us because we could not use the bathroom while they were in and out of the room. Finally I had to take a shower because I laid in the bed for a few minutes before I know it was wet!

The hotel, staff, amenities and complimentary items were amazing. Great vibe. Only issue was the bedding set for fold-out couch was missing a top sheet, and it would have been nice to have 2 bed pillows. However, happy hour, breakfast and overall accomodations were AWESOME! We got a room to attend an event that was a block away, so it was very convenient, and definitely worth the expense (we live 40 mins away so could have easily driven home).

We loved everything g about this hotel. We were there for our granddaughter’s 16th birthday. Our son lives in Saratoga. We loved the free cocktails abd tgd amazing breakfast. Checking out st 12 was a plus. Thanks for an awesome weekend.
