It's not easy to operate a business so I try to be as patient as possible when it comes to customer service. This place is the worst on customer service. We tried to contact the owner through emails to let them know our arrival time, no reply. We arrived between the check in time from 5 to 7, waited an hour and left 4 messages, no answers. We contacted *********** and the owner finally called back with an attitude. We went in the room and found no hair dryer, half toilet roll for a week. We used WhatsApp to contact the owner as she suggested and emailed her several times, no reply.
