聖奧爾本斯城市中心普瑞米爾酒店(St Albans City Centre)

The room was clean and well presented . Check in was made more difficult as the screen did not work for both ourselves and others which meant waiting for a receptionist to man the desk. She was polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. Parking was limited and we paid for parking on a nearby street . This turned out to be cheeped than the multi story car park even when the discount was applied Overall we were pleased with our two night stay in St Albans. This was the fourth forth hotel we stayed at and was certainly the best of the bunch

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel ,such a wonderful experience from check in to check out ! Tara on reception was super friendly and helpful and took time with us at check in and also at the bar,it's so great when hotel staff are like Tara !she is a credit to Premier inn !our room on 2nd floor was lovely with huge floor to ceiling window ,spacious and all the amenities to hand ,mini bar ,hairdryer station with lights etc also a bath which was a very welcome sight ! also room was nice and quiet ..breakfast too was fab with lots of choice ..our only slight gripe would be the toilet lid is not a soft close which surprised us but hey this would not put us off staying again we will definitely come back .

I found it a little difficult to find the hotels location, as I arrived to the hotel I was met upon a young boy called Nibz. He made me feel like home and helped me with all my luggage to take to the room without me asking. He has a very extroverted personality and is a brilliant aspect to the company.

Fairly fresh blood stain on carpet and room situated right next to extremely loud nightclub. Also charged £132 just fot room (i.e. no breakfast) as a Saturday during Bank Holiday Weekend.

We had a lovely night away in St Albans. I was there to do a bit of shopping with my Daughter as a well done for her GCSE prep. It was in a great location for shops and there are plenty of places to eat and grab a drink. The breakfast there was very good with a great selection to choose from. I'll definitely be back again.

We have been fine with Premier Inns in the past, but this felt a less than happy experience. Room felt shabby (curtains very difficult to pull back, one partly off its rings) and dingy. Breakfast was edible, but no more. We have stayed in some excellent ones and are not super fussy people, but we rather shudder at the thought of returning to this one.

Shabby building, pretty dismal room with drink stains down the walls, clueless staff (when we asked the barman which white wines he had, first he pointed at some red, then he offered us some cider until, eventually, after much gesticulation by us, he found the white wines and proudly announced ‘I have this blue one!!’). I then ordered a gluten free meal from the gluten free menu, only to be presented with a salad containing croutons made from normal flour! Also very rowdy nightclub about 12 feet from the hotel’s entrance makes for a wretched night’s sleep if your room is on that side of the building. Utterly dismal experience overall. Handy location though - right in the very centre of St Albans

Amazing service greeted with friendly faces and happy staff.The stay was very peaceful and the rooms were very clean and tidy, with very comfortable beds. Food was delicious and hot my kids loved it.Overall very happy with my stay and would definitley recommend to others and stay again
