My room felt like I was in a basement. The ice machine closest to my room was out of order. Then, when I checked out, the front desk clerk did not give me the receipt from the credit card machine, just the folio from the printer. I asked multiple times if I could have the credit card receipt as well and he kept responding "no that's your receipt." I was very aware that this is my itemized receipt from your computer system, but that was not my credit card slip that confirms the transaction (even though they pre-authed my card the night before). I ended up leaving. Will not stay again.
