My room felt like I was in a basement. The ice machine closest to my room was out of order. Then, when I checked out, the front desk clerk did not give me the receipt from the credit card machine, just the folio from the printer. I asked multiple times if I could have the credit card receipt as well and he kept responding "no that's your receipt." I was very aware that this is my itemized receipt from your computer system, but that was not my credit card slip that confirms the transaction (even though they pre-authed my card the night before). I ended up leaving. Will not stay again.

I’ve stayed at the park town before and have really liked it, but I’ve never stayed at the west wing portion. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, the only complaint is it’s old and dingy and dated. We were in the second floor but it felt like a basement.

TV didnt work (they offered $20 refund as compensation) and smelled a little like old stale smoke from years ago when you could still smoke in hotels otherwise a great stay. Food at the attached restaurant was excellent! Parking extremely limited and we had to ask a security guard if we could park in staff parking as we couldnt find an empty spot.

Really good value for money. Bedroom and bathroom were clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance to lots of amenities. Really nice staff. Complimentary shuttle for getting around Saskatoon. My only criticism is that the rooms were VERY thin; I could hear full conversations from the hallway or hear babies/ toddlers crying from down the hall. I'd stay here again if I were trying to save money but otherwise would hesitate for how noisy it was.

Front desk staff very helpful. Dining Room staff very pleasant but procedures for paying your bill were slow. No one could take your payment except the person who waited on your table. My room, 144, had an extremely loud fan in bathroom. Would have been better to have separate light switch in there.
