Lots of scuffs, nicks and general lack of maintenance. Booked a queen room, only a double in room. TV not set up properly with remote, have to turn TV on by hand. Water pressure poor. Weather *****ping around doors needs replacing, can see daylight around door on this unit and can see interior lighting around other doors at night, not exactly eco-friendly. Only one electrical outlet available at desk other than in bathroom.

I have never been so disappointed with a room the first room was filthy with stains on everything but also had some thing bubbling from the floor tiles. They swapped us into another room but the room was not much better. And when i mentioned the maple bugs the girls responce was oh god there everywhere and you canr get rid of them. I was there for my mothers funeral and already stressed so this room did not help only added to the stress as they would not refund me so i could go elsewhere

The price was good. The overall maintinance of the room i stayed in was very poor. Broken pole lamp, couldnt turn it on, plugin in didnt work. Bathroon, hook coming off door, fan cover hanging on by one screw, toilet had been broken and glued back together. Funiture was old and stained inside drawers. Holes behind toilet repaired poorly. Paint on curtains. The bed i think wasclean, nicely made, nut sheets had stains on them. Poor lighting at night yo see the driveway or too see the hotel sign. Thanks for the nights rest. But owners need to have experienced mainenance people do the work.

Well we checked in and thought to ourselves what did we get into im normally not one to complain but the sofa had terrible burns in it and the bed had burns in the sheets.. we both looked at eachother and said nope. The front desk lady was very accommodating. She said she understood. I asked to switch rooms which was better than the first room . A little smaller but 100,000 times better . We only stayed the night if i was staying longer i probably would have chosen elsewhere to stay .

Room was not stocked. Had to take plastic bag of mattress of the pill out couch then go to the front desk twice to get linens, which I got attitude from the front desk guy and he was very rude. Booked my room 2 months ago and was given a completely different room on a different floor. The rooms we very unappealing.

Vehicles broken into, drug paraphernalia all over the parking lot and all-night disruption as far as trying to sleep is concerned. If you need a hotel room to trash and do crack in this is the place. If you need your work vehicles to be safe and a decent night's sleep go someplace else.

I was charged because my towel’s and bed sheets were dirty……..after a two week stay Night staff and day staff do not communicate causing issues with requests and payment Not once did a cleaner come to my door

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast came with the booking. However, it was not available until 8 am, late, in my opinion for travelers.
