I will recommend this hotel and it is very nice and comfortable hotel and the location was perfect perfect  also the staff was really nice and friendly 

Super amazing

I was disappointed as the rate I paid was $20/night more than what my friend paid for the same nights. I discussed this with the front desk and they said they can’t amend the rate and match my friends rate. This is the reason for the poor overall rating. The security in the hotel to get to the guest floors appeared to be secure however we found an homeless indigenous person sleeping in the floor by the elevators on the 14th floor. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable.

The hotel was nice, good location, clean and modern, no complaints at all about the hotel itself, however..when you book a hotel with underground parking you expect to get a spot, it was completely full all day and had to park like a block away. It’s a public parkade which doesn’t make sense when you are including a parking spot in the hotels booking price.

The hotel is new and nicely appointed. However, some of the choices in the room lean more to style over function. I was happy to see that they use the key initiated electricity for the room. Finally catching up to Europe. but the lights are all on a single switch, so you get all or nothing. Why? The bathroom lights are terrible for applying makeup. The sink is stylist but impractical as there is really no counter. They have good ideas, but need a little change to make this a truly great stay to be recommended.

Nice hotel. Property is well located by River Landing in Saskatoon. Parking is a little difficult. Rooms are not big and several of the finishes are a little on the budget end even though it looks trendy. Staff at the front desk were excellent. Housekeeping is not great - dust everywhere. So overall decent if the price was not quite as high as it is.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Saskatoon. The rooms are tastefully modern and the staff was terrific. On the down side, the rooms are quite small with limited storage. However, you just can't beat the location!

J’ai adoré mon séjour au Alt de Saskatoon. J’y retournerai assurément.

The property was terrific - only comment would be that there can be a considerable wait for the elevators…..
