Sehr schönes Zimmer

Die Unterkunft bietet eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Man kann mit einem umfangreichen Frühstück starten, gelangt schnell ins Oberland, zum Tegernsee oder nach München. Dies ist auch ohne Auto durch den S-Bahn-Anschluss, der in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist, gut möglich. Abends kann man sich in der Lounge gut aufhalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Empfangsdame - Frau Beric - suchte selbst dann freundlich nach Lösungen, wenn Gäste in unangemessenem Ton unübliche Sonderwünsche verlangten. Gerne wieder.

We loved the cleanness of the property and neighborhood, but we couldn't access Wi-Fi WITHIN our room, which was very inconvenient. We asked a front desk staff to solve the problem, but none could help us. Also, we didn't get any housekeeping service even though we requested it by hanging it over the doorknob. Those two problems were so huge for us to come to terms with the fact that we just got unlucky.

We had booked an apartment for 3 nights but due to bad weather on our camping trip before the booking we arrived a day early. Staff at arrival was very friendly and able to help us with a different room for the first night. This room was a junior suite in the 2nd floor of the main hotel. Room was big and newly refurbished. It was very clean and had all amenities you would expect in a hotel except an air condition. The room had a portable fan which was far from sufficient....the heat during the night was unbearable. The next day we moved to our pre-booked apartment and even though it also didn't have an apartment were we able to sleep better due to the possibility to open the windows. The apartment could do with some refurbishment but was functional. Missing equipment i.e. the water cooker was provided by the reception. Location of the hotel is most likely the biggest plus. The newly build underground garage was very good as well.

It seems recently renovated. Nice front desk that had our reservation ready in minutes after booking online. Clean linens, bathroom, towels and facility. Family room comfortable with 2 private rooms and double beds.

Das Zimmer war weitestgehend sauber. Nachdem man den Empfang gesehen hat, hat man sich von den Zimmern etwas anderes erwartet. Wir hatten zum Glück im August niedrige Temperaturen, sonst wäre das Zimmer womöglich sehr heiß gewesen (Ventilator vorhanden, aber keine Klimaanlage, sehr kleine Fenster). Der Duschschlauch war defekt, wurde aber am nächsten Werktag repariert. Allerdings war der Schlauch so kurz, das man kaum im stehen duschen konnte. Personal war freundlich, die Preise und Portionsgrößen im Restaurant angemessen.

Ok rent hotel og morgenmad ok. Der var ingen aircondition på værelset. Vi måtte have vinduerne helt åbne - men der var vildt meget trafikstøj så man ikke kunne sove. Samtidig med kunne vi det meste af tiden lugte cigaret lugt fra alle dem der røg uden fir hotellet… kort og godt en meget dårlig oplevelse.

It is a quite nice and clean hotel. The breakfast is really good. many options. Parking is easy on the site and free.

Room 45 did not have a/c or a fan and it was uncomfortably warm. The room appeared old and in need of a remodel. The window was not latching properly.
