The hotel staff were respectful, polite and efficient. The room was very clean and neat. I would recommend others to stay here.

This was an okay stay during tulip festival in Holland MI. The room was adequate, but not spectacular. The breakfast was a bag with a water, small muffins, and a granola bar. Yogurt was available also. There was no real foyer or place to hang out. The neighborhood is run down. There was only one chair and the bed to sit on. The TV was small. When we checked out, I somehow left a ring I have had for thirty years. They called me before I was a mile down the road. I was very glad to be reunited with it.

The hotel is old and not clean. The hotel definitely need a renovation. Rooms are noisy, there is no elevator, and breakfast is a bag of cupcake and granola bar. This hotel not worth the price. The only good thing was the front desk lady, Majorie, she was so friendly and helpful

This is my second stay here. I come from chicago to visit family. I love the welcoming and the great service. Close proximity to everything. I especially love how quiet and peacful. My only suggestion would that the back entrace to the hotel should remain closed only giving access to hotel guest.fier safety issues otherwise everything was great.

The room was nice and clean, it smelled clean when you entered the room. It would have been nice to have a second bar of soap at the sink to wash our hands with. Also it would be nice if it were more apparent whether a hotel has an elevator or not.

The complimentary “breakfast” is not a breakfast. It is more reminiscent of a snack bag that you would pack for a child to go to school. It included a granola bar, fruit cup, bag of mini muffins, and a bottled water. Really misleading to call that a breakfast.

Hotel was very old, run down, and dark. Well below acceptable standards for a motel charging greater than $150/night

Preety bad experience. Rooms and bathrooms not clean.. beds not comfortable.. bath tubs not working as assumed. Room was supposed to be non smoking but turned out someone had smoked. Staff was able to change the room promptly.. staff was friendly but overall not a great experience. I guess you get what you pay for.
