Had a great time at the Perry Lane! Great service from Zach and the valets/drivers/attendants/Emporium staff. The bar where free drinks were served was cute and cozy but the service was lackluster there & bartender was less than friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciate the option to use the car service.

We love the location of the Perry Lane and also the staff… they’re terrific. However on our most recent stay there were a few items of concern. First, dirty glasses and cups left for a couple of days outside in front of the hotel between some chairs. Gross. Also, our room was over looking an ally. Generally no big deal, but early each morning the garbage trucks would back up and collect the dumpsters, which was “wake you straight up” loud. Lastly, the bedding isn’t great - sheets that don’t stay put make it hard to sleep well. But all in all the location and staff make it hard not to come back. We are already planning a return trip in March, but will ask for a room that does not over look the ally. Hopefully the staff steps it up outside in some areas to keep the hotel cleaner.

We recently had the pleasure to stay at the Perry Lane Hotel for a few nights. Everything was perfect. From the staff at the front desk, Ito and others, the concierge staff (Elise and Randy), the wonderful drivers (Bryan, Julian,Brandon, Kam and Jakari), and the amazing Steve who seems to oversee everything. They all made sure our stay was seamless and lovely. They helped with suggestions for restaurants and sites to visit, were friendly and courteous. It was so nice to have such a lovely experience for our first visit to Savannah. We cannot wait to return. I will never stay anywhere else in Savannah.

The staff could not be more attentive, they offer a fabulous service that allows for a driver to take you to dinner and pick you up later. We were going to concert after dinner they drove us to venue after we finished dinner. Gorgeous bar in the North building, highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Every person we encountered was professional and friendly. We were offered champagne when we checked in. The room was clean and comfy and had all the extras we needed. The hotel was close to the city center, the river, many restaurants, shopping, and anything we wanted to do, so we did not have to ever take our car out. The rooftop bar/ pool were nice bonuses. We will definitely return.

Highly recommend Perry Lane Hotel! Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was I a perfect location. Everyone was professional and friendly. Definitely would go back!

Amazing stay. Large and Comfortable rooms. Amazing rooftop bar. This hotel is in the perfect location, close to everything with just a quick walk. Staff is fabulous including the valets and servers in the restaurant. Easy check-in and check-out. Just a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel is amazing and the staff have been wonderful since we checked in with our kids. Free champagne and bottled water for all guests, as well as a car service.

This place is a MUST STAY! We were treated absolutely top notch and the entire team was phenomenal! Sy and Gabby, thank you for going above and beyond and for the great hospitality from the ENTIRE team! We will definitely be back.
