薩凡達阿里達酒店-臻品之選

The coffee machine in our room did not work. The seltzer water dispenser in the hall did not work. We never got a text telling us how to call for our car, so it took 40 minutes to straighten that out, but valet charge was comped, so that was something. A little sloppy on the details. The hotel was lovely, though. Not sure I would return.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Not only was it not clean, but our view was of a dirty roof top filled with trash, empty champagne glasses rolling around and who knows what else. After the first night housekeeping did not even come to leave new towels and make the bed and refresh the coffee station. I felt like I was constantly complaining to the front desk. There was zero compensation and just an “ok”. The location was amazing and it was a beautiful hotel otherwise.

Great hotel and location for walking around the River Front area in Savannah. Pool and rooms are nice as well. However for a 4 Star hotel the parking attendants and staff are not as friendly as you expect. If you do not need a pool, I would pay a little more and stay at JW Marriott nearby.

Great hotel, bar, food, pool - all great! Perfect location, too. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! All of the staff we talked to were so helpful and nice. The room was amazing and clean and perfect for a couples weekend! My husband and I loved exploring Savannah and then coming back to the hotel for a lovely pool day with comfy loungers and drinks on standby at the pool bar. Would absolutely recommend the Alida over and over again!

Prepaid for my room through ******* . Got there and the staff was like sorry we overbooked . You have no room. Wouldn’t even comp our valet. Will never ever recommend or go there

Beautiful hotel well maintained. Staff was great very polite and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious. The upstairs bar is really nice views but there drinks are a bit over priced we paid $40 for 2 drinks. Comfortable beds and nice rooms but can use a bit of a refresh. Example, there were some tiles broken in the bathroom and the floorboards need a fresh coat of paint some stains in the sitting area but overall a nice room. Wonderful location close to everything. We will return. Thanks

We enjoyed our short stay at The Alida. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. The pool was tiny and a bit dirty. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool table was unexpected, but interesting and unique.

Lovely stay truly amazing.Quite nested in the center of the river side area. We have the pool view room, and it was beautiful. Pool while shallow kids had a blast and plenty of areas to rest. On site valet is expensive at $60, but close by public parking garage only costs $24 per day with 5min walk. We booked at a good discount so recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Savannah.
