The front desk staff was awesome and very friendly, but that was really the only good thing about our stay. Our room smelled incredibly musty/moldy (I think because it was located above the pool), the glazing in the tub was peeling up in several places, and the carpets seemed filthy. Breakfast was okay and the lobby seemed fine.

When we arrived to check in, I was told that because I booked through a 3rd party ( Travelocity) that my room had been given away, as they were overbooked. They failed to notify me via email or a simple phone call prior to me arriving that my reservation had been cancelled. Ridiculous!!

we were given room with 2 double beds whe we requested a king.nothing mentioned at checkin that we were given 2 queens.
when we inquired about that we were told they overbooked and we were “downgraded”. booked this room 3 weeks before arrival … not happy.. will go somewhere else..

This property was not like other Fairfield Inn properties. Room was very dull, dingy. Beds were not comfortable and shower had no water pressure. Overall run down condition. Front desk was very friendly.

Quick, overnight stay. Staff was efficient and friendly. Liked being able to walk across the parking lot to the Houlihans restaurant. Didn't like that the side door entry wasn't working.
