Great location and beautiful home. Friendly staff. Courtyard Wesley room was not private - right on the patio where breakfast was served. So couldn’t ever open curtains for natural light. Breakfast was fine but not fabulous. Some days better than others. It didn’t seem like a good value for the money. But, we enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say enough about this facility. Clean, beyond friendly staff, convenient location and the afternoon snacks and wine followed by the later desserts and Port were an unbelievable extra service. The breakfasts were exceptional as well. There was a young lady with from Australia who deserves special mention as one of the most pleasant facility person we have ever met in all of our travels. Bravo!!!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! Front desk was very helpful. Out amenities included a great breakfast, happy hour wine and hors d'ourves (which we loved) and coffee and dessert (which unfortunately we missed). Service was fantastic! The room was super cute and clean. Great size. And they left champagne in my room for my birthday. Best surprise ever!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms very quaint, the service excellent, and location was great. The complimentary breakfast and wine/cheese were tasty and plentiful. Next time, I would spend a bit more to get one of the larger rooms and not on the third floor - lots of stairs. But I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Eliza Thompson House! This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we had a good experience with this establishment. I would recommend this B&B as long as you don't mind the 15-20 minute walk to the heart of the downtown area.
