加利亞宮殿酒店(Gallia Palace Hotel - Relais & Châteaux)

Immerso nella vegetazione di Punta Ala e nella sua tranquillità. Già all'arrivo il personale è accogliente e premuroso. Servizi al top, compresa la Spa. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi o con la navetta dell'albergo. Ottimo anche il ristorante dove si cena con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina. Sarete coccolati e viziati. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

What it is not--If you are looking for pre-Roman, very cute town with narrow winding streets, overlooking the Mediterrean, with numerous restarants and lovely churches such as Positano (think Siranuse) or, on a smaller scale, Portofino (think Splendido), Gallia Palace is not for you. What it is--a lovely hotel pearched above the Mediterrean with a beach club right on the beach. It is a fantastic venue for rest and relaxation--which is just what we wanted and needed. We stayed a week. The hotel itself is a very fine property. The rooms are large (we had a small suite with a large balcony). The bathroom was very ample with both bath and shower, bidet and the usual amenities. Maid service was great--they seemed to know when you left for breakfast to clean your room and again when you left for dinner for full turn-down service. Lovely bar with pianist in the evenings, beautiful patio overlooking the swimming pool, game room with pool table and games. Many trees and lovely flowers. Golf and tennis available. Dining room is excellent; food truly superb. Formal--linen, etc. For dinner, men wore trousers, most with coats, some with coat and tie. Women very dressy. Table service was superb. On some nights, we were not in the mood for a formal dinner. There were several places on the beach where one could have a pizza, simple fish or pasta. Speaking of the beach, the hotel's beach club was a ten minute walk, but a shuttle (fully restored VW T1 or similar Fiat that was at your service immediately or within 5 minutes) that took less than 5 minutes to get to or from the beach to the hotel. Beach club food was fine; service good. Guests had access to their own umbrella, lounges and a chair. Life guard on duty. What is really special is the atmosphere. The hotel has been operated by the same family from the beginning and is today managed by two of the founder's grandchildren. They are superb--truly superb--hoteliers. On arrival, you are greeted as if you were cousins from abroad coming for a visit to their home. This attitude characterized the entire staff. We noted that the vast majority of the guests we met had stayed at the Gallia for many--some a great many--years. This is a testament to the hospitality provided by the the Gallia. We will return.

Mini luna di miele di un paio di giorni in questa splendida struttura, che ci ha permesso di rilassarci ed essere coccolati. Ottima SPA, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Ristorante e bar molto buono, bellissima spiaggia privata. Ci torneremo senza alcun dubbio!

Hotel con splendida struttura complessiva anni ‘60. Meravigliosi mobili outdoor Shönhuber Franchi al bar. Personale gentilissimo, attento e dispinibile. Comodo per la spiaggia molto ben attrezzata e servita. Anche lì personale gentilissimo, attento ed efficiente. Ristoranti, però, poco adeguati alla categoria. Fin qui le note positive. La prima colazione è assolutamente carente per qualità (per es. scramble eggs imbarazzanti) e assortimento. Curioso che in un hotel affiliato Relais & Chateaux ci sia carenza tale di offerta e servizio (le posate non vengono cambiate nel corso della colazione). L’arredamento nelle camere (almeno in quella abitata) merita qualche aggiornamento per eccessiva usura dei mobili. Non c’è bollitore e offerta di tisane. Non c’è ricambio quotidiano di acqua di cortesia. La dotazione del bagno insufficiente. Asciugamani usurati e sdruciti. Peccato per la categoria dell’hotel, l’affiliazione Relais & Chateaux e la nobile tradizione della famiglia proprietaria. Basterebbe davvero poco per l’eccellenza.

Un posto molto bello e accogliente,riposante,pulito.Ottima la cucina.Educato il personale.Molto disponibile e per bene i proprietari.Il servizio e’accurato,le stanze comode e insonorizzare.Bello il verde e curato.Un soggiorno riposante.

Il Gallia e come andare ad un Four Seasons or Ritz, ma con un intimo servizio e senso d'accoglienza. Tutti ti trattano come un ospite ben gradito ed hanno voglia di conoscerti bene. I mare ed attrezzature in spiaggia sono top ed il ristorante Pagoda e ottimo. Per non parlare degli aperitivi al bar sul mare vedendo il tramonto! Ottima visita per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone.

Il Gallia Palace è un oasi di relax, ma non per questo isolato, anzi i suggerimenti sul sito e del personale per attività esterne è vasto è consigliatissimo, in particolare l'insegnante di golf e la passeggiata a cavallo sono state splendide. Camere pulite curate, ed il personale disponibile ci hanno regalato un soggiorno di relax che cercavamo. Consiglio: non limitatevi a ciò che è scritto chiedete il personale, abbiamo ricevuto attenzione e consigli da tutti, oltre che una piacevole compagnia.

Cet établissement est tout à fait dans la gamme des 5 *. Nous sommes en Italie et on nous assomme avec la langue anglaise. Même leur demande d'évaluation est en anglais. Donc pas de réponse. Leur installation WiFi mauvaise, impossible de se reconnecter automatiquement. De plus pas de connexion dans les chambres.

Resort bello e servizio splendido, curato e molto gentile. Ristorante e bar altrettanto di livello, spiaggia e piscina. Bello anche se non in alta stagione, si gode la tranquillità del luogo. Un passo avanti rispetto ad altre strutture dello stesso livello. Bravi!
