Could not fault this property - spacious, clean, well equipped, beautiful views and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

Had another nice stay at the Bay apartments. The furnishings are a little tired but the layout and of the apartment was great. The view of water and trees is wonderful.

Overall the apartment was nice. Except the ensuite bathroom. It was full of mould. So bad that my wife refused to shower in it. Even the shower head had mould on it. Luckily the apartment had two bathrooms and the second was mould free. Took plenty of photos of it.

The size of the apartment plety of room nice balcony overlooking the bay very quiet lovely pool area. We stayed here for a few days as we live locally and we were having work done at home needed to be away for 3 days so pleased we came here would certainly recommend it

Had a fantastic break. Apartment very comfortable, spacious, wonderful views and spa on balcony very relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and very close to beach.

Apartment and balcony size was great, modern and clean. Use of tennis court was fun, and pool area was nice and sunny. Bathroom/shower could do with a refresh, but that is something that I'm particular about, it was still clean and functional.

Loved the proximity to Enzos! Family enjoyed the tennis court, large clean room, very well stocked kitchen

The pictures did not match the room. There was no ocean view, no spa on veranda, but the instructions to use the spa were in our room. Would’ve been great to know the pool was heated on check in, or when we called to ask where our spa was. The floors were so dirty, I had to clean my 2yrs old feet constantly. The ensuite shower is not appealing to use, I laid out the bath mat to stand on, in fear of catching tinea because the square tiles are old. I could hear so much noise from the apartment above, there were no chain lock on the doors, so on level 1 with exposed foyer area, I did not sleep. Crime is high in Hervey Bay these days, and having to park outside the property on our last night made our stay absolutely horrible! We often stay in more expensive properties while visiting family and this hotel does not have the luxuries other properties provide. The bed was awful, I actually slept better on the couch, which is very disappointing at the rate we paid. No point bringing this up with staff when we know they couldn’t move us and can’t offer any complimentary breakfast or anything. Maybe they should get coffee vouchers for future disappointed guest.
