Ansitz Plantiz酒店(Hotel Ansitz Plantiz)

Un hotel che si spaccia per 5 stelle ma purtroppo li darei un 3/4 stelle.La titolare è e sua figlia sono maleducate e sgarbate. Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite e ci siamo trovati con una camera vecchia con la doccia rotta,divano sporchissimo,senza macchina del caffè e bollitore,cuscino vecchio puzzolente,ragnatele negli angoli etc. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un ristorante dove passare il capodanno perché loro ci hanno assegnato un tavolo in una stanzetta piccola e buia con 5 tavoli e non ha voluto cambiare il tavolo.Una vergogna per i veri 5 stelle. spero si capisca bene dalle foto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel a cavallo di fine anno per una vacanza sugli sci. Già all'arrivo si respira un'atmosfera di relax totale. Basta lasciare la macchina negli spazi riservati al check-in e il personale si occuperà di scaricare le valigie, portarle in camera e parcheggiare l'auto in garage. Il personale dell'hotel è sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Ristorante di ottimo livello, ambiente caldo e familiare. Molto simpatica e coinvolgente la serata a tema per il cenone di Capodanno. Ottima la SPA e la piscina esterna riscaldata, sarebbe solo preferibile che la temperatura di quella interna fosse leggermente più alta. Nel complesso un hotel di alto livello dove ci si sente veramente coccolati.

I booked and fully paid for 2 rooms months in advance. We arrived at 12 and were told check-in is at 2….I have stayed before but no welcome back or kind greeting. We went out and returned at 5pm to be shown our suites….1 suite was like a smokers den! Upon walking in the receptionist said “yes it’s so bad but we had a guest who smoked in here for 7 days”!!!!!! We asked to have a different room but were told no rooms of the same category were available. They offered to give us the room our friend had (as a single traveller it was a large room) and basically downgrade us both. I spoke with the owner and asked why someone was allowed to smoke for a week, he said “what should I do, call the police”….! Eventually they moved us to a standard room. The receptionist lied repeatedly telling me that her colleague was wrong and the regular room was not a downgrade from the 2 room suite with private sauna on the terrace . The 2nd night they moved us again, this time to an upgraded suite No apology was offered at anytime. No gesture of even a glass of wine was offered at anytime Upon checkout no refund was offered for either the downgrade, the inconvenience or the bad experience. I explaIned I had not been provided with what I had paid for and a downgrade 1 night, an upgrade 1 night did not work. The owner begrudgingly gave us €100 discount on a room that cost €1800…… he did however acknowledge that the first night was a downgraded room, thereby confirming his receptionist had lied It is a very nice looking hotel but the owners, the receptionists and the wait staff are awful. No one smiles, no one is helpful. For the price you pay you get a 17yr old doing spa treatments, they have no experienced cocktail bar staff (they make cocktails using a recipe book, we tried several, only 1 tasted decent), there is no turndown service, 1 single carafe of water in your room and you get 1 towel each. The dinner and breakfast buffet isn’t refreshed so you need to be early! As a repeat guest you get 2 mouldy satsumas in your room…..without even a welcome back card The owner and his less than charming receptionist, insisted that they enforced no smoking. We found the no smoking sign in all the rooms we had, hidden in a cupboard…..together with a handy box of matches. They enforced it so badly that the housekeeper insisted on bringing an ashtray into the room for us even though we said no!!! All in all a dreadful experience. No apologies at anytime and a general sense that all they care about is getting as much money as possible out of guests. Avoid this hotel unless it changes ownership. Many wonderful hotels in the area. Stay at Maiena, Hotel Therme Meran or Weinegg if in the area….

Prenotato soggiorno per una notte, pagato anticipato, comunicato con anticipo indisponibilità per grave problema familiare, non ottenuto alcun rimborso né possibilità di spostare prenotazione per altra data!

Es ist charmantes, Inhaber geführtes Luxushotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Unweit des Stadtzentrums und sogleich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Die Inhaber sind immer präsent, das Personal sehr freundlich und natürlich. Ein Schwimmpool und ein Wellness errichtet runden den Aufenthalt angenehm ab, ebenso wie der Ausblick auf die Berge und das Tal.

Partendo dal presupposto che sono un’amante di Hotel Spa e che ne ho frequentate diverse in tutta Italia (4 o 5 stelle), la mia aspettativa era molto alta, ma, alla fine, sono rimasta contenta in tutto!!! È difficile descrivere l’esperienza vissuta all’Ansitz, perché è particolare ma perfetta, a partire dall’ambiente naturale circostante, la struttura, l’aperitivo di benvenuto nel bellissimo lounge bar. Le camere molto graziose (non particolarmente grandi - io ero in una standard - ma perfette), il ristorante eccellente, bellissimo, raffinato ma non serioso o freddo, ricco di piante e candele con cibo ottimo dal pane al dolce! Carta dei vini molto fornita! La colazione eccellente!!!!! E anche il buffet dei dolci il pomeriggio (inclusi nel soggiorno) pieno di delizie, torte e frutta! La spa era pulita, piscina esterna ottima e riscaldata, piscina interna rilassante (ma sarebbe stato meglio avere una temperatura più alta); saune, bagno turco, stanze per massaggi e idromassaggio sul terrazzo con una vista spettacolare! E per finire, la cosa più importante di una spa, è la riservatezza e il silenzio degli ospiti. Sembrava di essere da soli, e non c’è mai stato momento di folla o fastidio :) La sauna è mista, e molti sono nudisti ma per me non è stato un problema. Per chi fosse debole di cuore (😉) e poco aperto alla natura (sappiamo com’è fatto ogni essere umano…) basta chiudere gli occhi… 😁 Lo consiglio vivamente! Ovviamente lo staff adorabile!

Hotel dal clima familiare con una particolare attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Camere stupende vista Dolomiti. Molto ampia e comoda. Ottima colazione. Cene gourmet ogni sera. Ampia scelta di vini e c’è la possibilità di visitare le cantine. Ottima la Spa. In conclusione è stato tutto incantevole.

Sicuramente un Bell'Hotel mah,visto la camera scelta e il costo x 2gg.(506 camera con Jacuzzi) Esigo Molto di più... Piscina Interna/Esterna FREDDE x essere il 18.10..infatti poco frequentate da Tutti,anche dai Tedeschi che sono i maggiori Ospiti,x lo meno in questi giorni...Ribadisco,un Bel Posto,mangiato bene ...mah....Noi Italiani (Merano è in Italia!!!!!)....siamo abituati a Ben Altro!!!....mi spiace...anche perché...ho provato a spiegare il mio disagio (Piscine Fredde e/o altro)mah...nulla!!!

Lesen Sie die schlechten Bewertungen auf verschiedenen Portalen, bevor Sie buchen. Die meisten fokussieren sich auf die rüde Behandlung seitens der Inhaberin. Ich hatte auch das zweifelhafte Vergnügen, die Dame kennenzulernen. Immerhin hat dies dazu geführt, dass mir dieser Urlaub in bleibender Erinnerung bleibt. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut, das Abendessen gut. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren freundlich. Das Hallenbad ist eher ungemütlich, der geheizte Außenpool sehr angenehm.
