「Hotel offers excellent customer service. Place is clean and quiet. Do not like to stay at the lowest level, room becomes quite cold in the middle of the night. The lowest level should charge a lower price as it is way less comfortable than the upper levels. Very unhappy to stay at the lowest level as you cannot open the blind freely with people passing by seeing you. The upper level no such problem as you cannot open open the blind freely to watch the mountain view, no one can peep in . Overall, a pleasant stay, bed is firm , clean and comfortable. Thanks」

「The hotel has solid amenities, there’s a gym, pool, and a functional kitchen. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a place with complete facilities at a reasonable price. That said, cleanliness could be better. The room had a dusty smell, and the walls were visibly dusty, which took away from the overall comfort. Some finishes, like the cemented sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, felt a bit unfinished. Service was okay, staff were polite, though not welcoming. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which doesn’t give much flexibility. Overall, a decent stay with good amenities, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and service.」
