A relaxing getaway in Unawatuna! Stunning 5 bedroom villa located in the heart of Unawatuna with exceptional service and staff. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Great local and western food which was well prepared and flavorful (the kitchen is extremely clean and well maintained which is always a good sign). There are plenty of areas to relax with great views and the property has lots of shade and beautifully maintained landscape. Vishan and his staff looked after us very well and every request was accommodated including getting us a masseuse in house which was one of the best massages we have had. He also arranged very trustworthy and friendly tuk tuk drivers for us to go around the area. Wish we stayed here longer!!

Se volete sperimentare un' accoglienza ed un soggiorno davvero esclusivo in una meravigliosa villa con piscina, ecco Elysium, affacciato su una bella spiaggia punteggiata dalle caratteristiche figure dei pescatori sui trampoli tipiche di questo questo tratto costiero. In realtà la splendida e lussuosa oasi di Elysium offre 5 suites due delle quali affacciate sul giardino antistante il mare. Le suites sono di grandi dimensioni, arredate con estremo gusto ed offrono qualsiasi comfort, inclusa una doccia open air. Arrivati ad Elysium vieni preso in gestione dallo straordinario staff che, con il coordinamento della deliziosa proprietaria Catherine, un' elegante signora francese trapiantato in questi lidi, praticamente è a tua disposizione 24 ore su 24 per qualsiasi esigenza. A partire dall’eccellente colazione a la carte per continuare con pranzo e cene offerta in qualsiasi angolo del delizioso giardino o letteralmente affacciati sull’oceano. Non abbiamo potuto esimerci da consumare tutti i pasti in questo paradiso, tra l’altro chiedendo talvolta di personalizzare il menu a la carte ai nostri gusti. Come disporre in pratica di uno chef personalizzato. La piscina, poi, lunga e profilata nel giardino in direzione del mare antistante, con acqua tiepida, pulitissima, meravigliosa. Un piacere unico. La posizione della struttura, il cui accesso è abbastanza anonimo sulla strada principale che collega Galle al resto della costa sud, è eccellente perché consente di raggiungere comodamente per l’appunto la splendida Galle e qualsiasi altra località in zona. Questo lussuoso resort, per pochi ospiti, costa ovviamente più della media di alloggi a 5 o 4 stelle, ma vale ogni euro richiesto. Una favola !!!

Бронировали виллу с видом на океан на 2 ночи в феврале на обратном пути в Коломбо. Как же мы пожалели! Потому что оказалось мало!!! Нам было здесь так классно, что не хотелось покидать территорию - полный релакс и все, что нужно для отдыха. Понравилось все! Реально просторная вилла, красивый дизайн, ухоженная территория, вкусная еда, отличные коктейли, сервис - это отдельная история. Вообще, этот бутик-отель про эстетику! А теперь в деталях: Вилла. Выбрали виллу с видом на океан и не прогадали. Много пространства, прекрасный вид, хорошо продуманный дизайн, удобная кровать, много удобных подушек, на которых не болит шея и крепкий сон, кондиционер и вентилятор - не жарко, но и не мучаешься потом насморком! Решение с душем под открытым небом в саду с цветами, откуда прямой выход в бассейн, очень милое. Горячая вода в наличии, напор хороший. Ванная комната для двоих - удобно даже в отпуске. Сейф в наличии. Уборку успевают сделать в твое отсутствие, пусть ты даже вышел прогуляться к океану. Все чисто! Есть небольшие нюансы, но о них отдельно. Территория. Ухоженный ландшафт. Каждое утро бесшумно, а это важно, убирают территорию и прилегающий пляж. На лежаках для загара красиво расстилают пляжные большие полотенца. Бассейн чистый, глубина разная -комфортно и взрослому, и детям разного возраста. Дизайн других локаций также стоит отметить. Бар, комната с бильярдом на втором этаже...везде много предметов искусства, антиквариата, все хочется рассматривать. Наслаждение для глаз. Отелю более 12 лет, а все в отличном состоянии, обновляют, следят, поддерживают! Разговаривали с персоналом, ребята работают там много лет без перерыва. Это показатель! Еда и напитки. Кухня интернациональная, европейская, турецкая, азиатская. Меню небольшое. Все, что мы заказывали, было восхитительно приготовлено и красиво подано. Отдельное меню в ресторане, для еды в номерах и для завтраков. Отдельно хочется отметить бар. Прекрасный интерьер и коктейли(мы пили только их и иногда пиво). Сервис. В этом бутик-отеле царит особый вайб беззаботности, релакса, эстетики. Скорость решения вопросов будь то заказ еды или другие моменты, просто молниеносны (это редкость для Шри-Ланки)! При этом можно все! Купаться в бассейне в любое время суток, завтракать , обедать ужинать в любом месте, где захочешь - так же красиво сделают сервировку, как и в ресторане. Напитки приносят на лежаки, в номер. В номере у кровати есть кнопка вызова - все вопросы по питанию и напиткам будут решены в кратчайшие сроки. Расположение. До Галле (минут 20) удобно добираться на тук-туке. Они дежурят у ворот отеля, заказывать не надо. Такси не приезжает по вызову через интернет-сервисы, так как не определяется геолокация, хоть и указывали точный адрес, но помог администратор отеля, объяснил водителю местоположение. Пляж живописный, но не для купания. Направо по береговой линии в нескольких минутах ходьбы знаменитый черепаший пляж, а направо минутах в 20 ходьбы каменные природные ванны для купания. We had the most incredible 5 night stay with our family. The whole place is stunning. The staff are delightful, so kind, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. Our 2 boys (8 & 5) had a great time in the pool everyday! Location is super handy for Unawatuna and Galle Fort. We could not fault it. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We'll be back!

This beautiful boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. Its fantastic location made exploring the Galle area effortless, with great dining and entertainment options just steps away. Despite being centrally situated, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The service was exceptional—from the warm welcome to the staff’s attentive and personalized care, every detail was handled with professionalism. Their dedication made our stay truly memorable. The hotel’s elegant design blended tradition with comfort. My room was stylish and well-appointed, featuring plush bedding and thoughtful amenities. An absolutely magical stay at this boutique luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality from the friendly staff. The food was exceptional, with every meal a delightful experience. The direct beach access made it even more special, and the hotel’s kid-friendly atmosphere made it perfect for our family. The combination of luxury, personal service, and natural surroundings created a truly unforgettable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were lovely, the pool was just the right temperature with places to sit and lounge in the sun and shade against the backdrop of the roaring waves. The breakfast was top quality, both the Sri Lankan and the other cooked breakfast options. There are only 5 rooms in the hotel so it felt very tranquil and never any competition to use the gym, pool table or get the best loungers. Conveniently located between Galle, Mirissa and Weligama beach.

Gorgeous luxurious small hotel on a lovely beach. The staff are excellent and the rooms perfect. Nice pool and lots of places to sit out and chill. If you are in Southern Sri Lanka, go, you will be delighted you did. And close to lots of great places in and around Galle.

We had an amazing 4-days stay at Elysium. This small Boutique Hotel is a true gem worth every 5-stars, nested a short-tuk-tuk ride from Unawatuna or Galle. The hotel is on a quiet beautiful beach. There are rocks, so you cannot swim directly in from the hotel, but you have a small and beautiful cove 100m on the right. And you can enjoy the view of fishermen on their stilts from the hotel terrace at sunrise and sunset! Spot is perfect for both. The 4 bedrooms are very large and comfortable, decorated with a lot of style. Beds are 5 stars. The food was the best we had during our entire stay in Sri Lanka, we had amazing dinners, and probably our best breakfast ever in travel (no buffet, dishes are cooked on-demand). A huge congrats to the chef!!! The owner Catherine and her staff were extremely careful to our comfort and needs. And we had an amazing NYE dinner and celebration. We highly recommend it and hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Absolutely loved this hotel! A secret oasis. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was to die for and the dining outside was exquisite. The rooms were clean and first class. Access onto the beach - we’ll never forget the sound of the sea! must stay!

Wow what an amazing few days my fiancé and I had at the Elysium. The most serene and beautiful location right on the beach. Everything about our stay was incredible! The staff, the food, our gorgeous villa / room, the atmosphere..! I could go on and on. It is without a doubt the most relaxing boutique hotel you could go to. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is just perfect. We will 100% be returning next time we come back to Sri Lanka. We have already recommended the Elysium Collection to friends and family. We would also love to visit the other boutique hotels in the collection, we can imagine they are all amazing too. I would say this is definitely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at, for many many reasons. If you want pure relaxation, do not hesitate to book this hotel, you will not be disappointed !
