芝加哥紹姆堡伍德菲爾德希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Schaumburg Woodfield)

The hotel was beautiful, our room was the perfect size for 4 people. The pool was closed which was not listed on the website. This was about 75% of the reason we booked here. We were wanting to be close to Top Golf and the mall, so there were several other options I could have chosen.

Todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable, la piscina exelente al estar abierta hasta tarde para los adultos. Me encanto!!

We are always staying in this hotel and it’s very neat and clean. The only problem is initially walking in the cleaning staff didn’t put the couch cushions back down and all the drawers in the room were open.

I love that the facility has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The wi-fi is however horrible at Embassy Suits.

My room sheets nd pillows were filthy the bathroom sink nd shower had brown water coming out

We loved this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean and felt very homey. The bed was comfortable. The hotel hosted a welcome reception with two free drinks. They also served an amazing breakfast - above and beyond any other hotel we've stayed at, complete with a buffet and a make-to-order omlet station. Parking was convenient. There are a ton of restaurants and places to shop nearby. Just an fyi that the shower water takes a bit to warm up - but that was a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and roomy but are showing some signs of aging in the bathrooms. But still, a very good hotel for the price.

We had multiple problems from the toilet backing up, to the thermostat not working and no hot water at a certain time. It was a major inconvenience especially with a kid

Everything was great. The only complaint was no towel bars to hang wet towels.
